Hey..
Mein derzeitiger Mitbewohner wird langsam "flügge" und somit suche ich für das etwas kleinere Zimmer in unserer Wohnung einen Nachmieter(in).
Kurz zur Wohnung: 2 R-Wohnung, kleines Bad mit Dusche, Wohnküche mit Balkon im 1ten OG.
Dein neues Zimmer (Bild mit Ventilator u blauem Vorhang) ist Südseite somit schön hell und ruhig gelegen. (Zu Fuß 10min in den Wildpark, 5min bis Kreuz)
Warm ca 260,- (inkl. Strom+Internet 300)
Die Bilder (wenn auch nicht unbedingt gut fotografiert) sagen, glaube ich, etwas mehr aus.
Kurz zu mir; Ich heiße Basti.. bin 30 Jahre alt und Berufstätig und wohne schon eine Weile hier.
Ich will im Vorfeld nicht zu viele Worte verlieren.. wir kennen uns bereits oder lernen uns noch kennen ;)
