Das Zimmer ist ca. 12 qm groß, nach Osten ausgerichtet und im August frei (genaue Daten können wir absprechen) und kostet dann ~250€ (muss nochmal alles zusammenrechnen,mehr wird's nicht). Möbel bleiben alle drin, inklusive Instrumente, die gern genutzt werden können.
The room has a size of ~12 sqm and a window to the east. It's free from during August (More or less, we can talk about that) and costs ~250€ (I have to calculate the exact costs, but it won't be more) . All the furniture and instruments will stay and of course everything can be used.
Die Lage ist top: am Rand von Connewitz bist du ganz nah an der Szene und hast alles in Laufreichweite: Bars, Konzerte, Bücherläden etc. Der Konsum ist 2 Gehminuten entfernt, der nächste Rewe und Öffis sind auch sehr nah. Die HTWK ist direkt um die Ecke.
The location is amazing: on the edge of Connewitz you have a very alive neighborhood next to you in which you can find anything from bars, events to book stores in walking distance. The next Konsum is 2 min by foot and also Rewe and public transport are very close. The HTWK is just around the corner.
In der Wohnung und mit dir leben Thomas und Omar.
Thomas studiert Medizin und ist ein super hilfsbereiter Mensch mit herzlichem Lachen, zumindest solange du ihn nach seinem Morgenkaffee erwischt.
Omar ist auch zur Zwischenmiete da und spricht mit uns Englisch. Er ist eher etwas zurückhaltend, aber lieb :)
You'll live together with Thomas and Omar.
Thomas studies medicine and is a very helpful person with a catching laughter, at least as long as you catch him after his first morning coffee.
Omar is also just for a limited time in the flat and we don't run into each other too much, but he's nice :)
Bevorzugt online Besichtigungen - preferably online visits :)
