Die Miete, die sie bezahlen müssen (mit Gez+internet), beträgt 364 Euro. Wenn Sie die Möbeln direkt kaufen möchten, müssen Sie für alle (außer Teppich und Spiegel) 380 euro bezahlen. Die Artikel wurden Ende Juli gekauft, also sind Sie alle ziemlich neu. Wenn es für sie schwierig ist, dieses Geld auf einmal zu bezahlen, kann ich die Zahlung in 3-6 Monate aufteilen. Meine Mitbewohnerin Anne kann nicht mit Sie sprechen, weil sie gerade im Ausland ist. Ich kann das Zimmer jetzt für 1-2 Monate vermieten . Nach Rücksprache mit meiner Mitbewohnerin kann ich sie noch länger mieten. Sie müssen keine Kaution zahlen seit es Untervermietung ist.
Connewitz.Die Straßenbahnhaltestelle für Nummer 11 und 9 ist zu Fuß in 2 Minuten erreichbar. Tram 10 ist zu Fuß in 4 Minuten erreichbar. Rewe ist zu Fuß in 7 Minuten erreichbar. In der Umgebung gibt es viele Bars, Cafés, Restaurants und Bäckereien.
