Das freie Zimmer ist ca. 12 qm groß und möbliert mit einem Bett, einer Kommode und einer Kleiderstange. Nach Absprache können aber auch eigene Möbel mitgebracht werden.
Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet und ca. 10 qm groß und das Esszimmer hat einen großen Tisch und ist ca. 18 qm groß. Außerdem geht ein überdachter Balkon vom Esszimmer ab. Im Badezimmer gibt es eine Waschmaschine, Badewanne und Dusche.
Die Wohnung liegt in der Haferkornstraße und die Straßenhaltestelle Wilhelminenstraße ist innerhalb von 5 min zu erreichen. Außerdem ist ein Lidl, Rewe, Apotheke, Bäcker etc. fußläufig. Fahrräder können im Hof geparkt werden. Die Wohnung befindet sich im 1. OG.
Dies ist keine klassische WG. Du würdest in der Wohnung hauptsächlich alleine wohnen, nur ca. 1-2 mal im Monat kommt jemand aus meiner Familie für geschäftliche Termine nach Leipzig und bleibt dann ein paar Tage. Meistens ist es nur eine Person, selten aber auch zu zweit/ dritt. Deshalb ist ein Zimmer in der Wohnung das Schlafzimmer meiner Familie, aber alle anderen Zimmer (Küche, Esszimmer, Badezimmer) sind Gemeinschaftszimmer. Natürlich würden sie dir dann immer vorher Bescheid sagen. Genaueres können wir gerne persönlich besprechen.
Einzug wäre ab November möglich, aber ist flexibel. Das Zimmer ist unbefristet verfügbar, aber es kann auch befristet gemietet werden (allerdings bitte mindestens 5 Monate).
The free room is about 12 square meters and furnished with a bed, a drawer and a clothes rail. However, you can also partly your own furniture.
The kitchen is fully equipped and about 10 square meters and the dining room has a large table and is about 18 square meters. There is also a covered balcony off the dining room. In the bathroom there is a washing machine, bathtub and shower.
The apartment is located in Haferkornstraße and the tram station Wilhelminenstraße can be reached within 5 min. In addition, a Lidl, Rewe, pharmacy, bakery, etc. is within walking distance. Bicycles can be parked in the yard. The apartment is located on the 1st floor.
This is not a classic shared apartment. You would live in the apartment mainly alone, only about 1-2 times a month someone from my family comes to Leipzig for business appointments and then stays a few days. Mostly it is just one person, but rarely two/three. Therefore one room in the apartment is my family's bedroom, but all other rooms (kitchen, dining room, bathroom) are shared rooms. Of course, then they would always let you know beforehand. We can discuss more details in person.
Move-in would be possible from November, but is flexible. The room is available for an indefinite period, but it can also be rented for a limited period (but please at least 5 months).
