Das Zimmer ist sehr hell, großzügig und zur Straße ausgerichtet. Durchgangsverker besteht nicht. Zur Mitnutzung steht eine Waschmaschine sowie der Kühlschrank und natürlich auch die Küche. Internet , Strom und alles weitere stehen zur Verfügung und sind in den Nebenkosten enthalten.
In unmittelbarer Nähe befinden sich diverse Einkaufsläden (Rewe, Aldi, Kaufland) und man ist Straßenbahnhaltestellen und die S-Bahnhalestelle. Die Lage ist dadurch gut für Pendler geeignet, auch zur Autobahn ist es nicht weit.
Das Rosenthal ist schnell erreicht, ebenso wie das Zentrum.
Ich habe bereits WG-Erfahrung und hoffe Ihr ebenfalls. Sauberkeit und Ordnung sind mir wichtig. Ich bin 37, arbeite in der Wohnungswirtschaft und stehe mit beiden Beinen im Leben. Ich koche leidenschaftlich gern, zocke, treibe Sport oder bin draußen unterwegs. Beruflich bin ich viel unterwegs und bin hauptsächlich bei meiner Freundin. Daher werdet ihr hauptsächlich die Wohnung für euch haben. Für mich funktioniert eine WG durch gegenseitige Rücksichtnahme, Respekt und natürlich Sympathie. Ob es also funktioniert werden wir sehen ;)
Da ich diplomatisch und tolerant veranlagt bin, erheb ich keine großen Ansprüche an meine/n Mitbewohner/-in. Ich schage vor, dass du einfach mal vorbeikommst, dir die Wohnung anschaust und wir uns kennen lernen. (befristete Mietverhältnisse sind möglich)
Ich wohne erst seit Juni in der Wohnung und habe lediglich Fotos in unbewohntem Zustand
