Das Zimmer ist ca. 22 qm groß, hat Dielenboden, zwei große Fenster Richtung Westen und ist möbliert.
Die Wohnung liegt im 3. Obergeschoss eines teilsanierten Jugendstil-Altbaus in Gohlis,
sie ist insgesamt 62 qm groß und angenehm hell,
hat durchgehend Dielenboden und
an die Küche schließt ein kleiner Süd-Ost-Balkon an,
im Bad sind Badewanne + Waschmaschine.
Park, Schwimmhalle, Supermärkte, Naturkostläden sowie wunderschöner Biergarten in der Nähe;
die Straßenbahnlinien 12, 16, 11, 10 und der S-Bahnhof Gohlis sind gut erreichbar.
Ich selbst bin schon fast ausgezogen und möchte mein Zimmer noch bis zur Kündigung vermieten. Alles Notwendige bleibt auch so lange in der Wohnung. Du würdest dir die Wohnung mit meinem derzeitigen Mitbewohner teilen. Er ist berufstätig und arbeitet aufgrund der derzeitigen Lage teils von zu Hause aus.
