Gemütliches Zimmer in einer 2er WG in der Gohlis-Nord Straße sucht Nachmieter. Das Zimmer befindet sich in der 3. Etage und ist möbliert. im Zimmer befindet sich Bett, Regal, Schreibtisch mit Stuhl. Bad, Küche mit Geschirr, Waschmaschine werden mit der Mitbewohnerin geteilt.
Mit der ÖPVN Anbindung 12 ist der Bahnhof in 15 Minuten erreichbar. Der Haltestraße Coppistr. ist in 4 min zu Fuß erreichbar.
Konsum, Aldi , Kaufland, Netto sind nicht so weit zu erreichen, Konsum kann man in 5 min zu Fuß erreichen. Penny, Rewe und Lidl sind nach zwei Stationen mit der Bahn erreichbar.
Meine Mitbewohnerin ist eine nette, ruhige Person. im Bad befindet sich eine Waschmaschine für die gemeinsame Nutzung. Leider zieht die Mietbewohnerin auch aus.
Die Warmmiete beträgt 385 Euro, dabei sind der Strom und das Internet nicht in der Warmmiete enthalten.
Das Zimmer wird für zwei Monate gemietet. Der Strom beträgt ungefähr 35 Euro pro Monat.
