Das Zimmer ist 16 qm groß und hat 2 Fenster nach Süden, wodurch es immer hell im Zimmer ist. Durch das Thermostat kann man sich gut seine Wohlfühltemperatur einstellen.
Das Zimmer wird mit Schrank und Kommode sowie einem kleinen Kallax Regal vermietet.
Aktuell liegt noch eine Matratze zum Schlafen im Zimmer, aber die wird noch rausgenommen. Eventuell kommt stattdessen ein Schlafsofa rein, oder je nachdem, wie du es brauchst, kannst du dir auch was eigenes suchen :)
Es gibt 6 verschiedene Anbindungen. Innerhalb 2-5 min kann man die Straßenbahn 4 und 10, sowie die S1 und die 90 erreichen. In 10 min die 12 und S3.
Kaufland ist 5-10 min entfernt, sowie 2 Rewes in 10 min. Ein Aldi ist auch um die Ecke.
Du wirst mit Daniela zusammenleben. Sie arbeitet ehrenamtlich in einem Second-Hand Shop und hat von dort auch immer mal wieder was zu berichten.
Sie ist eine ruhige Person, die sich auch über Gespräche und gemeinsames Kochen in der Küche freut. Aber man kann sich auch in sein Zimmer zurückziehen, wenn man seine Ruhe braucht.

Das Zimmer kann auch bis Ende April vermietet werden oder optional auch bis Mitte Juni.
