Das Zimmer ist sehr groß, sehr hell und im Moment noch teilmöbiliert.
Du hast dein eigenes kleines Bad mit WC und Waschbecken. Geteilt wird nur die Dusche/ Badewanne.
Die Küche (mit Herd, Backofen und Spülmaschine) und der Balkon werden gemeinsam genutzt.
Die Wohnung liegt im schönen Stadtteil Gohlis Süd. Von hier aus bist du im Nu im Rosenthal und auch der Auensee ist gar nicht weit entfernt.
Mit den Straßenbahnlinien 4, 10 und 11 bist du in nicht einmal 10min in der Innenstadt.
Um die Ecke befinden sich Rewe und Kaufland. Alles ist fußläufig in 2min erreichbar.
Deine Mitbewohnerinnen sind Melanie, ihre 14 jährige Tochter und zwei liebe ruhige Katzen (britisch kurzhaar/ antiallergiker).
Es handelt sich um eine ruhige WG. Dennoch trifft man sich gern mal in der Küche oder auf dem Balkon für nette Gespräche.
Wir suchen eine weibliche Nachmieterin (18-50 Jahre).
Die Miete kann ab sofort beginnen.
