Das zu vermietende Zimmer ist das Größte in der WG und mit über 4 Metern Deckenhöhe und tollen Deckenstuck. Drei Große Fenster und zwei kleine Seitenfenster. Der Boden ist echtes Fischgrätenparkett und mit einem entkernten Kachelofen (Zierelement). Aus der ehemaligen Nutzung der Wohnung sind auch zwei schöne echtholz Doppeltüren vorhanden.

Die WG liegt 7 Gehminuten vom Rosental entfernt. Als auch 3 Haltestellen vom Goerdelerring mit der Straßenbahn und 10 Minuten zu Fuß vom Zoo weg. Die nächsten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Es sind ein paar gastronomische Möglichkeiten im direkten Umfeld und auch ein Späti in der Nähe. Es ist eine ruhige Gegend und ein ruhiges Haus mit zwei weiteren WGs.

Das WG Leben ist recht pragmatisch. Auf Grund der Tätigkeiten der Mitbewohner kann man sich recht gut zurückziehen als ebenso in den Kontakt treten. Durch zwei Bäder gibt es auch meist bei der Morgentoilette kaum Wartezeiten. Gemeinsames Kochen und gemeinsam sitzen findet auch statt.
