The renting is directly with me, no through Airbnb.
I'm renting the guest room for Airbnb at the moment, but I want a more stable person at home to share experiences together. The room has everything you need, also the apartment, because I was living there with my husband. Now I'm living alone because I'm divorcing, and that's the reason I'm looking for a nice roommate. There are several Haltestellen, 1 of them is Sbahn, 3 Straße Bahn and many bus stops. Also there is a library (Gohlis Bibliothek) where you can borrow movies, music, videogames and books. Also there are 2 beer gardens, one small and one big and fancy with a cultural center inside. There you can take free books and free classes. Also you can go to the gym I go, which is really close to the apartment. There are also 2 Rewe, 1 big Kaufland and a Rossman just 2 blocks far. Also there is an Aldi and a Penny close. There is a beautiful park with a lake to run and have picnic. The neighborhood is very quiet and fancy. The building is beautiful with a big Keller, a small park, and a covered parking for bikes.
