We live a little outside the city noise, for that we have a wide range of lakes and green areas.
Not in the center of the city, also not in the hip neighborhood with xFressbuden & Bars, that has for one(n) favors, for others not, for us it was a big argument here to settle.
No city noise, no hustle & if you like it, you are in 10 minutes fast in the wild west, the tram even drives you in approx. 30 min to the main station. (Leider just because of the construction site on the Dieskaustraße can take 40min with rail replacement traffic and transfer to the railway at the Adler. Wheel is from here, and in summer, but even more beautiful).
With the bike in 15 to 20 minutes through the Auwald to Connewitz, Clara -Park and co., or 30 min to the main railway station, is a refreshing tour that ventilates the head before arrival.

Wir leben etwas außerhalb des Stadtlärms, dafür fußläufig zu verschiedensten Seen und Grün-Nähe.
Nicht im Zentrum der Stadt, auch nicht im hippen Viertel mit xFressbuden & Bars, das hat für eine(n) Vorzüge, für andere nicht, für uns war es ein großes Argument hier hin zu siedeln.
Kein Stadtlärm, kein Trubel & wenn du doch darauf Lust hast, bist du in 10 min schnell im wilden Westen, die Tram fährt dich sogar in ca. 30 min bis zum Hauptbahnhof. (Leider gerade wegen der Baustelle auf der Dieskaustraße etwas umständlicher.. kann mit Schienenersatzverkehr und Umstieg in die Bahn am Adler auch mal 40min dauern. Rad ist von hier aus, und im Sommer, aber eh viiel schöner).
Mit dem Rad in 15 bis 20 min durch den Auwald bis nach Connewitz, Clara -Park und co., oder 30 min bis zum Hauptbahnhof, ist eine erfrischende Tour, die den Kopf vor der Ankunft nochmals lüftet.

Adrian is on the go for the summer and in his garden and rents his room until September. So potentially your room.

With you, Lona and Tal live here, both very loving, musical, creative, inspiring, pleasantly calm, sensitive, and conversational people you best get to know yourself, as such descriptions are never enough to see people behind them in their many facets. Tal comes from Israel, is new in Leipzig and does not speak any German, English, so it would be important for us to have a harmonious coexistence and to communicate with each other.

Wir leben in Gemeinschaft, kommunizieren offen, treffen uns gern in Küche, Wohnzimmer oder draußen :-)
Alles natürlich so wie es bei jeder/jedem passt.

Adrian ist den Sommer über unterwegs und in seinem Garten und vermietet sein Zimmer bis September unter. Also potenziell dein Zimmer.

Mit dir wohnen hier Lona und Tal, beides sehr liebenswerte, musikalische, kreative, inspirierende, angenehm ruhige, einfühlsame, und gesprächige Menschen, die du am besten selbst kennenlernst, da solche Beschreibungen eh nie ausreichen um den Menschen dahinter in seinen vielen Facetten zu sehen. Tal kommt aus Israel, ist neu in Leipzig und spricht noch kein deutsch, englisch zu sprechen wäre also schon wichtig, da uns ein harmonisches Zusammenleben wichtig ist und miteinander zu kommunizieren dafür halt eine Voraussetzung ist.
