Das Zimmer ist 14 Quadratmeter groß und liegt im Studentenwohnheim Gärtnerstraße 181. Es ist wie auf den Bildern zu sehen möbliert mit: Bett, Kleiderschrank, Schreibtisch und Stuhl. Diese gehören dem Studentenwohnheim und es muss keine Ablöse für sie gezahlt werden.
The room measure’s 14 sq meter umd ist part of the student dormitory Gärtnerstraße 181. It’s furnished wirh a bed, a wardrobe, a desk and a chair. They are property of the dormitory and are free for you to use.
In 6 Minuten ist man an der S-Bahn Haltestelle und kann schnell ins Zentrum fahren. Auch der Rewe ist in 4 Minuten zu Fuß schnell zu erreichen. In 15 Minuten ist man mit dem Fahrrad schnell am schönen Kulkwitzer See, der im Sommer zum baden und abkühlen einlädt.
Binnen 6 minutes you can walk to a traffic station and use the vast and fast public transport system to go to the city center. In 4 minute’s you are at a Rewe and if you cycle 15 mimutes you are at the Kulkwitz Lake, were you can go for a swim.
Um in diesem Zimmer wohnen zu können, musst du immatrikulierter Student an einer Leipziger Hochschule sein. Deinen zukunftiger Mitbewohner kenne ich such noch nicht, aber ich bin mir sicher das er lieb ist und ihr gut klar kommen werdet. Ihr teilt euch die Küche und das Bad und seit dementsprechend gemeinsam für deren Reinigung verantwortlich. Es ist also eigentlich eine WG Neugründung und euch ganz überlassen, wie ihr das WG Lebem gestaltet.

I dont know your future flat mate either, but I’m sure he is wonderful and you will come along fabulously. You will share the kitchen and bathroom, and therefore you have shared responsibilities in cleaning those.
