Ich suche nach einer Person als NachmieterIn für mein Wohnheim Zimmer. Es ist ein kleines gemütliches Zimmer in einer 2er WG. Dadurch, dass es sich um ein Wohnheim Zimmer handelt muss die Person momentan an einer Uni/Hochschule immatrikuliert sein (NICHT Studienkolleg). Das Zimmer ist möbiliert und die Nebenkosten sind All-inclusive, so dass keine Nachrechnungen kommen. Internet und Fernsehen ist ebenfalls mit integriert.
I'm looking for someone to take over my room in student housing. It is a comfy room in a 2 person shared flat. The person to take over the room has to be a student currently enrolled in university (NOT Studienkolleg). The room comes furnished and all extra costs (electricity, heat, water, etc.) come included with the rent, so there are no extra costs. Internet and TV are also included in the rent.
Das Wohnheim liegt in Grünau-Ost, man ist jedoch mit S-Bahn und Tram ganz gut angebunden. Es gibt einen großen Parkplatz und einen Fahrradkeller. 2 Minuten die Straße runter gibt es einen Rewe zum Einkaufen.
The student housing is located in Grünau-Ost and is pretty well connected via S-Bahn and Tram. A big parking space is available as well as a place to store ones bike. There is a supermarket 2 minutes down the street.
Leider zieht mein Mitbewohner ebenfalls aus der Wohnung aus, weswegen es nicht wirklich möglich ist was über das zukünftige WG-Leben zu sagen. Wir haben uns aber immer sehr gut verstanden und ständig zusammen gekocht.
Sadly my roommate will also move out of the flat, so there is no real way to say what the future situation will be like. We always got along great and cooked together pretty much every day.
