ab dem 15 Maerz (oder frueher nach Absprache) ist mein kleines aber feines Balkon-Zimmer in Schleussig bis zum 15. Mai frei!
Langfristig moechte ich jedoch ausziehen, also koennen wir uns bei Bedarf auch gerne ueber eine komplette Uebernahme des Zimmer unterhalten. Das Zimmer ist schoen hell, ruhig und hat einen direkten Zugang zum grossen, geteilten Balkon, mit Blick auf den gruenen Innenhof und schoener Kastanie.

my small, light and nice balcony room in Schleussig is available from 15 March (or earliar) until 15 May!
However, I would like to move out on the long run, so we can also talk about a complete takeover of the room if that is an option for you. The room is nice and bright, quiet and has direct access to the large, shared balcony with a view of the green inner courtyard and beautiful chestnut tree.

Die Lage dieser Wohnung ist ihr Highlight! In Schleussig gibt es alles was du brauchst! Einkaufsmoeglichkeiten, Restaurants oder Doener, Bars, Banken und Oeffis gleich um die Ecke. Clara-Park ist nicht weit und somit seid ihr auch gleich an der angesagten Sachsenbruecke, wo immer etwas los ist.

The location of this flat is a gem! Schleussig has everything you need! Shopping facilities, restaurants or bars, banks and pubilc transportation are just around the corner. Clara-Park is not far away and so you are also right on the trendy Sachsenbruecke, where there is always something going on.

Wir leben zu fuenft in der WG. Das ist schon kuschelig, aber wir kommen alle sehr gut miteinander aus und mit Respekt sowie Freundlichkeit geht alles :) Eure Mitbewohner sind alle entweder Studenten oder Auszubildende, die z. T. arbeiten. Wir sind eine entspannte WG..
