Da ich mit einem Freund zusammen ziehen möchte suche ich eine:n Nachmieter:in für mein Zimmer im Studentenwohnheim. Es liegt im 5. Stock, ist durch die Fensterfront sehr schön hell und man hat einen tollen Ausblick ins Grüne. Durch die Ausrichtung nach Westen kommt immer Sonne in das Zimmer und man kann regelmäßig sehr schöne Sonnenuntergänge beobachten. Das Zimmer ist möbliert und dank des Studierendenwerks muss man sich um Internet, Strom, etc. nicht kümmern. Es gibt einen großen Kleiderschrank, einen Schreibtisch mit Stuhl, ein Regal und ein Bett.

Since I want to move in with a friend, I am looking for a new tenant for my room in the dormitory. It is located on the 5th floor, is very nice and bright due to the window front and you have a great view of the greenery. Due to the orientation to the west, the sun always comes into the room and you can regularly watch very beautiful sunsets. The room is furnished and thanks to the Studierendenwerk you do not have to worry about internet, electricity, etc.. There is a large closet, a desk with a chair, a shelf and a bed.

Rewe und Netto sind fußläufig in 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Und die Sbahn ist auch nicht weit weg, ungefähr 2 Minuten zu Fuß. Zur nächsten Straßenbahn geht man so 7 Minuten. 10 Minuten
mit dem Fahrrad ist der Kulkwitzer See entfernt, was besonders im Sommer schön ist.
Das Szeneviertel Plagwitz mit Parks, Bars und Restaurants ist ebenfalls bloß 10 Minuten entfernt.
Rewe and Netto are within 5 minutes walking distance. And the Sbahn is also not far away, about 2 minutes walk. To the nearest streetcar you walk about 7 minutes. 10 minutes
by bike is the Kulkwitzer See, which is especially nice in summer.
The trendy district of Plagwitz with parks, bars and restaurants is also just 10 minutes away.
Da meine Mitbewohnerin und ich beide ausziehen werden, meldet euch auch gerne wenn ihr zusammen einziehen wollt. Dementsprechend könnt ihr dann natürlich auch euer WG-Leben ganz neu gestalten. Ihr habt auf jeden Fall sehr nette Nachbarn und im Wohnheim ist allgemein eine sehr entspannte und offene Atmosphäre. Wenn man Lust hat, kann man schnelle neue Menschen kenne lernen. Vor dem Wohnheim gibt es eine Tischtennisplatte und einen gut gepflegten und umzäunten Garten.
Since my roommate and I will both move out, please contact me if you want to move in together. Accordingly, you can then of course also arrange your WG life completely new. You will definitely have very nice neighbors and the atmosphere in the dormitory is generally very relaxed and open. If you feel like it, you can quickly get to know new people. There is a table tennis table in front of the dorm and a well-maintained and fenced garden.
