Das Zimmer liegt auf der Innenseite des Hauses, die Fenster zeigen Richtung Osten. Die erste Hälfte des Tages fällt daher viel Licht in das Zimmer und es ist in der Regel sehr ruhig. Das Zimmer ist vollmöbliert, mit Bett, Schreibtisch und Schrank. Die Wohnung als ganze ist sehr geräumig und neben meinem Zimmer bietet sie noch ein geteiltes Wohnzimmer. Während die Sonne morgens in mein Zimmer fällt, leuchtet sie abends ins Wohnzimmer hinein, von wo aus man einen direkten Blick auf den sich vor dem Gebäude befindenden Elsapark hat. Das Wohnzimmer ist ausgestattet mit einer Couch, einem Kaffeetisch, einer Musikanlage, einem Whiteboard und diversen Musikinstrumenten.
Der Mitbewohner dieser WG ist mein Bruder, 26 Jahre alt. Byron studiert Jura, wobei er den Großteil seiner Zeit mit Musik machen verbringt. Er ist ein sehr weltoffener Mensch, der es liebt, neue Perspektiven kennenzulernen und auch abwegige Thesen und Themen ergiebig zu diskutieren. Für's Musikmachen ist er immer zu haben. Er spricht fließend Deutsch, Englisch und Spanisch.
The room lies on the inner, east side of the building. Usually it is very quite here and during the morning a lot of light falls through the windows. The room if fully equipped with bed, desk and wardrobe. The flat as a whole offers a lot of space since it is a 3-room appartment. The third room, next to the one of my brother, is a shared living room. In the afternoon the sun travels around the building and shines directly into the living room which offers a nice view onto the Elsapark right in front of the building. The living room is equipped with a couch, a coffee table, a whiteboard, a stereo, and various music instruments.
You'll be living together with my brother, 26 years old. Though Byron does study law, he spends the bulk of his time making music - rap and beats. He is a very open-minded person who does not shy away from engaging in even off-hand topics, and he is always ready for a jam-session. He is fluent in German, English, and Spanish.
Die Wohnung liegt direkt am Elsapark, einer kleinen, gemütlichen Grünfläche nur 100m entfernt vom Rabetpark und der Eisenbahnstraße entfernt. Wer Lust auf Trubel und gutes Essen hat, geht aus der Tür und ein paar Schritte nach rechts. Hier finden sich Kebabläden, Bars und ein geschäftiges und diverses Stadtleben. Wer es lieber etwas ruhiger möchte, setzt sich einfach in den Park direkt vor der Tür. Auch die Innenstadt ist bloß zehn Minuten mit dem Fahrrad entfernt. Die Bushaltestelle nur zwei. An Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es einen Rewe, Aldi und ein paar Schritte weiter auch einen Kaufland.
The appartment light right in front of the Elsapark, a small, calm park just a 100m away from the Rabetpark and Eisenbahnstraße. If you are in the mood for movement and busy vitality you take a right. On Eisenbahnstraße you find Kebab-places, Bars and a very diverse and artistic part of the city. If you're in the mood for tranquility you simply sit down in the park right in front of the house. The city centre also is only ten minutes away by bike, the bus stop only two. For grocery shopping there is a Rewe nearby and an Aldi, as well as a Kaufland.
