Big room in cozy and friendly shared flat in Reudnitz (Leipzig)

Wir wohnen direkt am Lene-Voigt Park in Reudnitz. In den warmen Monaten dringen abends oft angenehmes Stimmengemurmel und Musik zu uns hoch, du kannst beides bei geschlossenem Fenster aber draußen lassen. In der Nähe befinden sich ein riesiges Kaufland, Rewe, Penny, ein Bioladen, süße Cafés und Bars. Mit dem Rad bist du in 10 min in der Innenstadt, in 15 min im Clarapark und in 30 min am Cossi. Die nächsten Bus-/Tramhaltestellen sind 5 min weg. Mit uns im Haus wohnen fast nur WGs, mit denen wir locker in Kontakt stehen, ab und an mal gemeinsam was unternehmen. Außerdem haben wir einen großen, grünen Hinterhof mit Grill, Sitzbänken und Wäscheleine.

We live directly at the Lene-Voigt Park in Reudnitz. In the warm months there is often a pleasant murmur of voices and music coming up to us in the evening, but you can leave both outside with the window closed. Nearby are a huge Kaufland, Rewe, Penny, a health food store, cute cafes and bars. By bike you are in 10 min in the city center, in 15 min in the Clarapark and in 30 min at the Cossi. The nearest bus/tram stops are 5 min away. With us in the house live almost only WGs, with which we are loosely in contact, now and then undertake something together. We also have a large, green backyard with barbecue, benches and clothesline.

Uns ist ein harmonisch familiäres WG Leben sehr wichtig, in dem wir miteinander lachen, aber auch aufeinander aufpassen. Wir kochen gern zusammen, machen Co-Working oder sitzen abends gemeinsam im Park. Wir haben einen Putzplan, der meistens gut funktioniert und kommunizieren offen miteinander über alles was mal nervt oder auf der Seele liegt.

Du wirst mit Fidelia bis August zusammenleben. Sie ist 24 und arbeitet gerade an ihrer Bachelorarbeit, einem Comic. Ihr ist gemeinschaftliches und respektvolles Zusammenleben sehr wichtig. Im August zieht sie fuer ihren Master nach London.
Außerdem kommt Inga im August von ihrer Reise durch Südamerika zurück. Sie wird ab September Psychologie studieren, liest und wandert gerne und hat immer ein offenes Ohr und die besten Ratschläge.
Die anderen Mitbewohner*innen kannst du mit uns aussuchen.

A harmonious family-like WG life is very important to us, where we laugh together, but also take care of each other. We enjoy cooking together, co-working, or sitting in the park together in the evenings. We have a cleaning schedule that works well most of the time and we communicate openly with each other about everything that is annoying or on our minds.

Until August Fidelia will stay in the WG. She is 24 and is currently working on her bachelor thesis, a comic. In August she moves to London for her Master.
In addition, Inga returns from her trip through South America in August. She will study psychology in September, likes to read and hike and always has an open ear.
You will choose the other flatmates with us.
Our WG constellation is changing at the moment.
Noga's room (the one in this ad) will become available in mid-May.
Laura is also moving back to Spain in mid-May. Inga will move into this room in August. From mid-May to August we are looking for an interim tenant.
Fidelia moves away from Leipzig at the end of July.

This means that there will be a time of change, but also that you can choose your new flatmates bit by bit.

Unsere WG-Konstellation ist im Moment im Wandel.
Nogas Zimmer (das von dieser Anzeige) wird Mitte Mai unbefristet frei.
Laura zieht auch Mitte Mai nach Spanien zurück. In dieses Zimmer zieht ab August Inga ein. Von Mitte Mai bis August suchen wir nach einer Zwischenmiete.
Fidelia zieht Ende Juli aus Leipzig weg.

Das bedeutet, dass es zwar eine Zeit von Veränderung geben wird, aber auch, dass du dir deine neuen Mitberwohner*innen Stück für Stück aussuchen kannst.
