Die Wohnung liegt sehr nah, also ca. 3 Minuten zu Fuß, an der Haltestelle Diakonissenhaus, von wo aus du innerhalb von 15 Minuten (mit der Bahn 7) in die Innenstadt kommst.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Konsum, Aldi usw können fussläufig innerhalb von 5 Minuten erreicht werden.

Auch haben wir einige Parks und Grünanlagen in der Nähe.

Und von hieraus, kannst du sowohl die Autobahn recht schnell erreichen, als auch diverse Seen, zB den Kulwitzer See, Innerhalb von 10-15 Minuten mit dem Auto anfahren.

The apartment is very close, so about 3 minutes walk, at the stop Diakonissenhaus, from where you can get within 15 minutes (by train 7) to the city center.
Shopping facilities like Konsum, Aldi etc can be reached within 5 minutes by foot.

Also we have some parks and green areas nearby.

And from here, you can reach both the highway quite quickly, as well as various lakes, eg the Kulwitzer Lake, within 10-15 minutes by car.

Ich bin Lisa, 27, und komme ursprünglich aus Weimar, Thüringen.
Ich habe in diesem WS meinen Master in Frühpädagogik an der Uni angefangen. Da mein Campus, wenn überhaupt mal wieder Veranstaltungen in Präsenz stattfinden, direkt am Sportcampus liegt, brauche ich nur ca 10 Minuten dorthin.

Ich bin weltoffen und reise normalerweise super gerne und erkunde neue Länder und Kulturen.

Ich bin super gerne draußen und viel mit Freunden unterwegs, ab und zu brauche ich aber auch mal einen Netflixabend.

Ich koche und backe echt gerne, was in der neuen Küche hoffentlich dann auch super möglich sein wird, und gerne auch mit Dir zusammen. Dabei probiere ich gern neue Gerichte aus und bin für alle möglichen Zutaten und Zubereitungsweisen offen.

Es gibt natürlich auch die Möglichkeit diverse Lieferdienste audzuprobieren und wir haben einen ganz netten Sushi-Laden direkt an der Ecke.

I started my master's degree in early childhood education at the university this winter. Since my campus is located directly at the sports campus, I only need about 10 minutes to get there.

I am open-minded and usually love to travel and explore new countries and cultures.

I'm super happy to be outside and out with friends a lot, but every now and then I need a Netflix night.

I really like to cook and bake, which will hopefully be super possible in the new kitchen, and I’d like to do it together with you. I like to try out new dishes and am open to all kinds of ingredients and preparation methods.

There is of course also the possibility to try various delivery services and we have a very nice sushi store right on the corner.

Ich suche eine*n Mitbewohner*in der/die auch lustig und offen ist und gern auch schon WG Erfahrung hat. Jemanden der gerne mal ein Pläuschchen in der Küche oder mit nem Bierchen auf dem Balkon mit mir führt und ein normales Interesse an Ordnung und Sauberkeit in den allgemeinen Räumen hat.

Da ich auch erst im Januar neu in die Wohnung einziehe, werden sich noch ein paar Möbelteile ändern und du kannst gern auch noch irgendwas beisteuern, wenn du Etwas hast.

Wenn du Interesse hast, dann schreib mir doch ein wenig über dich und ich melde mich so bald wie möglich bei dir.
Aufgrund der aktuellen Situation sind ja leider Besichtigungen erstmal nicht möglich.
Ich hoffe aber, dass es im Januar wieder möglich sein wird.

I am looking for a roommate who is also funny and open-minded and has some experience in living in a shared flat. Someone who likes to have a chat in the kitchen or with a beer on the balcony with me and has a normal interest in order and cleanliness in the general rooms.
