Hi, ich bin hier auf der Suche nach einer Mitbewohnerin. Ich wohne jetzt seit Oktober in Leipzig und studiere hier an der HTWK. Momentan wohne ich alleine in einer sehr großen Wohnung mit 2 Bädern, weshalb ich auf der Suche nach Mitbewohnern bin. Die Wohnung ist sehr hell und warm, da es eine Dachgeschosswohnung ist. Ein Tiefgaragenstellplatz wäre gegen Aufpreis vorhanden, jedoch kann man immer sehr gut vor der Haustür parken. Ein Fahrstuhl ist auch vorhanden und mit der Bahn ist man in 19 Minuten am Hauptbahnhof.
