Das Zimmer ist schön hell und 17 Quadratmeter groß. Es ist zur Ostseite ausgerichtet :)
Die Haltestellen S-Bahnhof Plagwitz und Gießerstraße sind ca. 3 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. In ein paar Minuten ist man an der belebten Karl-Heine Straße.
Konsum und Rewe sind 10min zu Fuß oder eine Haltestelle entfernt. Direkt vor der Wohnung kommt man zum Karl-Heine Kanal, an dem man super schön spazieren gehen kann.
Ich bin Chiara, 24 jahre alt und studiere Soziologie im 5. Semester. Ich lebe selbst erst seit einem Monat in der Wohnung, in Leipzig aber schon seit 3 Jahren.
Das Wohnzimmer steht bis jetzt noch leer und könnten wir gemeinsam einrichten. Angrenzend am Wohnzimmer befindet sich auch der Balkon, der zur Westseite ausgerichtet ist.
Wenn ich nicht gerade mein Drinnie-Dasein auslebe, gehe ich gerne in Cafés, auf Flohmärkte oder an den See.
Eine gewisse Grundsauberkeit und eine offene Kommunikation sind mir sehr wichtig. Außerdem möchte ich keine Zweck-WG! Geraucht werden kann in der Küche und natürlich auf dem Balkon :)
