Das Zimmer liegt zur Südseite raus und ist deswegen sehr schön hell und sonnig, wenn die Sonne scheint.
Da ich selber erst Ende Januar in das Zimmer einziehe, wird es nochmal anders möbliert sein, als auf den Bildern zu sehen ist. Ich selber nutz einfach nur die tolle Möglichkeit mit einer guten Freundin zusammen zu ziehen und gehe aber erstmal ein paar Monate reisen. Meldet euch gerne direkt, wenn ihr noch Fragen und Interesse habt :)
The room faces south and is therefore very bright and sunny when the sun is shining.
As I won't be moving into the room myself until the end of January, it will be furnished differently to what you can see in the pictures. Hello :)
Du wirst zusammen mit Sri in der Wohnung wohnen, sie selbst wohnt jetzt schon seit zwei Jahren hier.
Ein bisschen zu Sri: Sie hat vor kurzem ihre Promotion abgeschlossen und befindet sich gerade in einer beruflichen Umstellung und Neuorientierung. Neben der Suche nach dem nächsten Schritt interessiert sie sich für Kunst, Boxen, Bouldern, Lesen, Kochen und persönliche Entwicklung. Es gibt viele Gelegenheiten, Zeit in der großen Küche zu verbringen, wo wir gerne zusammen kochen, was leicht in gesellige, lustige und manchmal tiefgründige Gesprächsabende übergeht. In der WG wird ausschließlich vegetarisch gekocht, und das soll bevorzugt so bleiben.
Sauberkeit ist ein sehr zentrales Thema, da wir gerne in einer sauberen und gemütlichen Umgebung leben möchten. Dazu gehört auch, dass man hinter sich aufräumt - d.h. dass die Küche am Ende des Abends sauber ist und auch das Bad und andere Gemeinschaftsräume regelmäßig gereinigt werden. Wir machen keine Putzpläne und arbeiten auf der Basis von offener Kommunikation und Übernahme von Verantwortung. Erwachsener Stil :)
Der Wunsch ist es, eine Person zu finden, die das Bedürfnis nach persönlichem Freiraum, Sauberkeit und klarer, ehrlicher und offener Kommunikation respektiert.
Dies ist keine Party-WG. Obwohl wir ein breites soziales Netzwerk haben und gerne ab und zu ausgehen, lieben wir es, unser Zuhause als sicheren, gemütlichen und vertrauensvollen Raum zu gestalten. Und das bedeutet für uns, dass wir die Party aus unserem Haus heraushalten.

You will be sharing the flat together with Sri, who has been living in this flat for the last 2 years. After recently having finished her PhD in Anthropology, she is going through a job transition and redirectioning. Apart from finding this next step, she is interested in making art, boxing, bouldering, reading, cooking and is into personal development. There's plenty of opportunities to sharing time in the big kitchen space, where we love to cook together which easily transitions into social, fun and sometimes deep talk evenings. We only cook vegetarian food in the WG, and prefer that it stays that way.
Cleanliness is a very central topic, as we like to live in a clean and cozy environment. This means cleaning up after yourself - ie. making sure that the kitchen is clean when the night ends and the bathroom and other common areas are also, in communication, regularly cleaned. We don't make cleaning plans and operate on the basis of open communication and taking responsibility. Adult style :)
The wish is to find a person who's respecting the need for personal space, cleanliness and clear, honest and open communication. This is not a party-WG. Although we have a wide social network and love to go out from time to time, we love to keep the home a safe, cosy and trustful space. And that means for us that we keep the party out of our home.
