Very soon I'm leaving Leipzig. My room within a shared apartment is completely furnished and will be free for 7 weeks - from February 15th until April 7th. It is available for the whole 7 weeks but can also be rented for
everything between 2 and 6 weeks and 6 days.
In the flat you will find a well-equipped kitchen (dishwasher is missing), a washing machine, balcony, WiFi and a cute little cat.
You will live with A., student of History, very nice guy, who will be up for many things: cooking, going out for a beer, a movie in the evening, ... .

Ich werde in Kürze für etwas über 7 Wochen nicht in Leipzig verweilen und hinterlasse ein möbliertes Zimmer in einer 2-er WG. Wer hat Bedarf - für den gesamten Zeitraum oder auch nur für einen Teil der Zeit? Wer kennt jemanden mit Bedarf? Das Zimmer steht zwischen dem 15.02. und dem 07.04. zur Verfügung.
Die Wohnung ist 55m² groß, hat einen Balkon und ein Bad mit Badewanne. Mein Zimmer ist etwa 16 m² groß und verfügt über ein bequemes Bett, bequeme Sitzmöbel, einen Tisch, an dem es sich gut arbeiten lässt.
Neben dem menschlichen Mitbewohner gibt es noch eine Katze, die in ihrer Liebenswürdigkeit nicht zu überbieten ist. Drolliges Tierchen. Zum Mitbewohner: 28, studiert Geschichte, Veganer - einer von der Sorte Veganer, der mit Ernährungsgewohnheiten, die von seinen abweichen, null Probleme hat -, umgänglich, unternehmungslustig, kurz: jemand, mit dem es sich gut zusammen leben lässt. Ich fühle mich hier wohl.
Ansonsten: Waschmaschine, Telefonflatrate, WLAN, Drucker.

The flat is situated in Lindenau. It is close to Lindenauer Markt, where you find a tram station which brings you to the city center within 15 minutes. At Lindenauer Markt you will find everything for your daily needs. Right in Erich-Köhn-Straße is a nice little wholefood shop.
The quarter Plagwitz is close. With its bars, the theater, restaurants and off-cinemas nice place for spending the night.
Die Wohnung liegt in Leipzig-Lindenau, 5 Fußminuten vom Lindenauer Markt, ist verkehrsmäßig also gut angebunden. Mit der Straßenbahn ist man in 15 Minuten im Zentrum. Am Lindenauer Markt: Drogerien, arabischer Obst- und Gemüseladen, Apotheke, Bäckereien und vor allem: Kaufland. Jeden Mittwoch Markt. Direkt in der Erich-Köhn-Straße gibt es einen Bio-Laden. Außerdem so einige Schnellimbisse rundherum. 2 Spätis in der Nähe.
