Zwischenmiete: großes buntes Zimmer im Leipziger Westen / spacious room in the WEST

Liebe Wohnungssuchenden,

mein sehr geräumiges, sehr gemütliches Zimmer im Leipziger Westen ist vom 1. April bis 15. April 2017 zur Zwischenmiete frei.

Das Zimmer ist Teil einer WG, die überKüche und Badverfügt, sowie über ein gemütliches Wohn- und Gästezimmer. Die Wohnung liegt im Leipziger Stadtteil Lindenau in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße der Georg-Schwarz-Straße. Die Karl-Heine-Straße mit ihren Bars und Restaurants ist nur einen kleinen Spaziergang entfernt und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es zu Hauf, direkt um die Ecke ein Lidl, die Schwarzwurzel (ein Bio-Markt) und am Lindenauer Markt Dm, Kaufland etc. In drei Minuten ist man an der Bahn-Haltestelle und von dort aus in einer viertel Stunde in der Innenstadt. Auch mit dem Fahrrad ist man sehr gut angebunden, man erreicht die Südvorstadt auf entspannten Fahrradwegen durch den Park. Am Hauptbahnhof ist man in weniger als 15 Minuten.

UnsereWohnung hat alles was man so braucht: eine komplett eingerichtete Küche inklusive Pürierstab, Waffeleisen und Auflaufform, eine Waschmaschine im Bad und in meinem Zimmer findest du ein großzügiges Doppelbett und Stauraum für Kleider, Bücher etc.
Im Wohnzimmer steht ein e-Piano, das sich über erfahrene Tastenhände freut. Außerdem verfügt es über zwei Schlafsofas und bietet auch Besuchern Platz.

Und dann gibt es da noch Laura, weltbeste Mitbewohnerin, mit der ihr ab und an kochen, Kaffee trinken oder herumalbern dürft :)

Dear everybody,

My spacious, comfortable room in our cozy flat in the West of Leipzig is available from 1 to 15 April (and, if you want, for 1 or 2 weeks more!).

The flat has a nice kitchen and an airy bathroom. There is a spacious living and guest room, too! The flat is in the west of Leipzig, in a calm street next to Georg-Schwarz-Straße. The lively Karl-Heine-Straße with its bars and restaurants is only a little walk away. Grocery stores, both conventional or ecological, are just around the corner; at LindenauerMarktthere are drug stores, pharmacies and bigger grocery stores, and of course the real market on Wednesdays and Fridays. The tram way stop is a three-minute walk away and from there you’re in the city within fifteen minutes by tram. You can also reach the city centre by bike quite comfortably, you mostly ride through peaceful parks. It takes about 15 min to get to the main train station (Hauptbahnhof).

In the flat you can find everything you need: a fully furnished kitchen with waffle iron, blender and cake tins. There’s a washing machine in the bathroom and my room, you can sleep comfortably on the big double bed. You will also findlots of space to store clothes, books etc. In the living room,practiced piano-fingers can find a stage piano :) and guests will find two couches to sleep on.

And then, there's also Laura staying in the flat, one of the world's best flat mates :) you could cook some nice Asian food with her, drink a lot of coffee or just hang around laughing if you want! ;)
