Ich möchte gerne ab 14.07 - 12.08 mein Zimmer untervermieten.
Es ist ein großes, helles Zimmer mit hohen Decken und es ist vollständig möbliert.
Es gibt ein großes Bett (2x2m), Sofa, Schreibtisch, Kleiderschrank und Kleiderstange.
Wir haben eine Größe Küche zum sitzen, ein Bad mit Fenster und Badewanne und einen Hinterhof.

I’m subletting my room from 14.07-12.08
It is a big, furnished room with a lot of sunlight. It comes with a big bed, couch, desk, wardrobe and clothes rail.
We have a big kitchen where you can sit and a bathroom with window and bathtub as well as a backyard.
Das Haus liegt direkt an der Angerbrücke, somit hast du eine super Anbindung an viele Tram Linien und kommst von da praktisch überall hin :)
5min entfernt ist der Lindenauer Markt mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Kaufland und DM und einigen Imbissen. 10min entfernt ist die Karl-Heine-Straße mit weiteren Einkaufs- und Einkehrmöglichkeiten.
The house is located directly at Angerbrücke Straßenbahnhof, so you can catch a train every minute that can take you nearly everywhere! The Lindenauer Markt is 5min away with Kaufland, DM and Restaurants. 10min away is the Karl-Heine-Straße with even more shopping and food places.
Deine Mitbewohnis sind Martín (26) und Parastoo (25), zwei super sweetie Menschen mit denen das Zusammenleben sehr schön und entspannt ist. Im Zusammenleben ist uns offene Kommunikation sehr wichtig, wir haben gerne Teil am Leben der anderen und genießen auch genau so gerne Zeit für uns :)
Your flatmates are Martín (26) and Parastoo (25), two very sweet people with whom living together is really relaxed and warm.
Open and transparent communication is important for us and we like to spend time together and know about each other’s life’s. However we also take time for ourselves and enjoy some alone time :)
Da das Haus direkt am Straßenbahnhof liegt, solltest du nicht allzu empfindlich mit Lautstärke sein :) Ansonsten funktioniert das Kennenlernen und bequatschen weitere Dinge sicherlich am besten bei
einem Treffen oder Videocall <3
Since the house is directly next to the Tramstation, you shouldn’t be to sensitive about noise! Anything else and getting to know each other will probably go the easiest way when we meet or have a videocall <3
