Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Straße in Lindenau in der Nähe des Henriettenparks. Die nächste Straßenbahnhaltestelle ist 3 Minuten entfernt, Palgwitz Bahnhof und Lindenau S-Bahn sind weniger als 10 Minuten entfernt, ebenso wie die Karl-Heine-Straße.
Das Zimmer ist ab dem ersten Februar verfügbar, wahrscheinlich früher.
Im Moment teilst du dir die Wohnung mit Daniel, der aber gerade dabei ist, sich eine eigene Wohnung zu suchen, und mir.
Deshalb wird die Besichtigung mit mir stattfinden.
Ich bin Karolina ursprünglich aus Polen, in Leipzig für ein paar Jahre jetzt vor, davor habe ich in Schottland gelebt. Ich reise gerne und ziehe umher, deshalb bin ich oft nicht in der Wohnung und weil ich in einem Restaurant arbeite, bin ich die meisten abende nicht zu Hause. In meiner Freizeit lese ich gerne Bücher, höre Podcasts, besuche verschiedene Kunstveranstaltungen und treffe mich mit Freunden zum Abendessen oder zu Cocktails. In den wärmeren Monaten kümmere ich mich gerne um die Pflanzen auf dem Balkon, fahre mit dem Fahrrad zum Cossi und helfe manchmal sogar dabei, ein schönes OA irgendwo in der Gegend zu organisieren.
Idealerweise suche ich eine Person, die sich sowohl um sich selbst als auch um die Wohnung, die wir uns teilen werden, kümmern kann.
Längerfristig möchte ich in einer 2er WG leben und ein Wohnzimmer haben, was bedeutet, dass die Miete Preis von 470€ gilt für zwei Personen, die sich eine Wohnung teilen, derzeit beträgt die Miete 320€! BITTE BESTÄTIGE IN DEINER ANTWORT, DASS DU DAMIT EINVERSTANDEN BIST!

The flat is on the quiet street in Lindenau close to Henriettenpark. The next tram stop is 3 min away, Palgwitz Bahnhof and Lindenau S-Bahn are less than 10 min away aswell as Karl-Heine-Straße.
The room is available from first of February, probably earlier.
For now you'll be sharing the flat, with Daniel, but he's in process of getting his own apartment, and me.
Because if that the viewing is going to be with me.
I'm Karolina originally from Poland, in Leipzig for few years now before that I lived in Scotland. I like to travel and move around so I'm often not in the flat and because I work in a restaurant most of the evenings I'm not at home. In my free time I like to read books, listen to podcast, go to experience different kind of art and meet my friends for dinner or cocktails. In the warmer months I like to take care of the plants on the balcony, cycle to cossi and sometimes even help organise a nice OA somewhere in the area.
Ideally I'm looking for a person who can take care of themselves as well as the flat that we're goona be sharing.
