Hello :)
Because I'm leaving for a job in another city, my room in our cosy WG will be free from mid of February till beginning of May (possible extension till mid-May).
The room gets some beautiful morning light and is quiet cause facing the courtyard. I'm leaving all my furnitures amongst them a extra comfy new bed. There is a shelve and a little cabinet for clothes - for someone with a little stuff than me, there is plenty of storage space under the bed.
The flat is very close to Lindenauermarkt (3min) and Felsenkeller (5min) stops where severals trams and busses are connecting you to the center.
Also 3min as to a big Kaufland supermarket, bakeries and spätis.
Easy reachable by foot is the Palmengarten park as well as the canal for walks.
Right next to Plagwitz neighborhood with restaurants, bars and cafés.
In the WG live as well Ludi and Jakob, both students in Musicology and Visual Communication in Halle. They can be quite busy with studying, but are also always up for listening to music, watching series and movies together and for outdoor activities and week-end hang out.
Most of the time room doors are open to chat and to hear music, quiet times are of course as important.
Everybody do their part of cleaning and basics groceries shopping equally, there is no strict cleaning plan but everybody pay attention that the flat is in order, water the plants, etc.
