ich biete hier mein vollmöbliertes, großes Zimmer nach Westen zur Zwischenmiete an. Es ist gemütlich und hell. Da das Zimmer eingerichtet ist und ich alles da lasse, brauchst Du nur deine persönlichen Sachen mitbringen.
Ich suche eine Person, die nicht raucht und sich auch um meine Pflanzen kümmert.
Du kannst Dich hier nicht melden, weil es nur eine kurze Zwischenmiete ist.
Die Lage ist sehr beliebt geworden, sodass es leider auch etwas voller im Stadtteil geworden ist, aber man kann immer noch gut spazieren gehen und ist auch schnell im Zentrum.
Das Wg-Leben ist ziemlich ruhig, da fast alle ihrer Arbeit nachgehen. Man kann sich also gut zurückziehen.
