WG-Zimmer (14 qm²), Bad und Küche geteilt mit Mitbewohner (männlich)

Ich suche eine(n) NachmieterIn für ein WG-Zimmer im Studentenwohnheim in Leipzig. Mein Mietvertrag läuft noch bis Oktober 2024. Ein Einzug ist nach Absprache mit dem Studentenwerk ab Juni 2024 möglich. Eine Vertragsverlängerung über Oktober 2024 hinaus, muss mit dem Studentenwerk Leipzig selbstständig abgeklärt werden.

Idealerweise studierst du an einer der Hochschulen in Leipzig. Ein bereits vorhandenes Konto auf der Webseite des Studentenwerks Leipzig ist ebenfalls hilfreich bzw. sollte eingerichtet werden, falls dieses nicht vorhanden ist.

Das Zimmer ist ausgestattet mit einem Bett, zwei Schränken und einem Schreibtisch.

Eine Straßenbahnstation befindet sich fußläufig in der Nähe. Von dort fahren die Straßenbahnlinien 16 und 10 und man ist innerhalb von 15 min in der Innenstadt und der Universität Leipzig. Innerhalb von 18 min ist man am Hauptbahnhof Leipzig.

In der WG wohnt ein Mann, 20 Jahre alt.
