Ich bin auf der Suche nach einer/m Untermieter/in für mein Studentenzimmer ab Mitte Mai. Der Vertrag läuft offiziell ab 1.06.2021 auf deinem Namen, daher würdest du 2 Wochen umsonst wohnen! Die Wohnung besteht aus zwei Schlafzimmer und einer kleinen Gemeinschafstküche und einem Gemeinschaftsbad und wurde kürzlich renoviert. Das zweite Zimmer ist bisher noch unbewohnt. Das Studentenwohnheim ist fünf Minuten zu Fuß von Bus- und Bahnhaltestellen entfernt, und in direkter Nähe sind mindestens 3 Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Der Preis ist sehr niedrig und ist inkl alle Kosten. Bitte beachte: das Zimmer kann NUR von eingeschriebenen StudentInnen (egal an welcher deutschen oder europäischen Universität) übernommen werden. I am looking for a subtenant for my student room from mid-May. The contract is officially under your name from 1.06.2021, so you would live for 2 weeks for free! The flat consists of two bedrooms and a small shared kitchen and bathroom and has recently been renovated. The second room is still not inhabited. The student residence is a 3-minute walk from bus and train stops, and there are at least 3 shopping facilities in the immediate vicinity. The price is very low and includes all costs. Please note: the room can ONLY be taken over by enrolled students (no matter at which German or European university). Feel free to contact us if you have any questions!
