Dein neues Zimmer ist das Größte der drei, hat 17 qm und hohe Decken.
Es war mein Erstes, nachdem ich bei meinen Eltern ausgezogen bin und mein einziges Manko war, dass die Straßenbahn vor dem Fenster fährt, aber auch die habe ich irgendwann ausgeblendet. Man hat an den Nachmittagen ne sehr schöne Golden Hour, gerade im Herbst.
Es gibt insgesamt drei Zimmer, einen Flur, Küche, Bad und Balkon.
Das Bad ist mit einer Badewanne ausgestattet und eine Waschmaschine ist ebenfalls vorhanden. In der Küche steht ein Kühlschrank mit genügend Platz. Außerdem gibt es einen Geschirrspüler und wenn das nicht überzeugt, weiß ich auch nicht :D. Der Balkon ist von der Küche aus zu erreichen und er könnte etwas Liebe vertragen, das haben wir etwas schleifen lassen.

Your new room is the largest of the three, has 17 square meters and high ceilings.
It was my first after I moved out of my parents and my only drawback was that the streetcar goes in front of the window, but even that I have eventually faded out. You have ne very nice golden hour in the afternoons, especially in the fall.
There are a total of three rooms, a hallway, kitchen, bathroom and balcony.
The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and a washing machine is also available. In the kitchen there is a refrigerator with enough space. There is also a dishwasher and if that does not convince, I do not know :D. The balcony is accessible from the kitchen and it could use some love, we let that slide a bit.
Die Lage ist zwar etwas außerhalb, was aber auch viele Vorteile mit sich bringt. Beispielsweise hast du direkt um die Ecke einen schönen Park der nicht überlaufen ist und sich für Erholung vom alltäglichen Leben anbietet. Gegenüber hast du circa 50 Meter die Straße runter eine Bahnhaltestelle. Hier fährt die 9 und die 1 mit beiden kommst du bequem in die Stadt. Ein Rewe, Rossmann und eine Apotheke liegen fußläufig in circa zehn Minuten Entfernung. In ähnlicher Entfernung findest du zwei S-Bahn Haltestellen (Leipzig Nord und Mockauer Straße).

The location is a bit outside, but this also brings many advantages. For example, just around the corner you have a beautiful park that is not overcrowded and is ideal for relaxation from everyday life. Opposite you have about 50 meters down the street a train stop. Here goes the 9 and the 1 with both you come comfortably into the city. A Rewe, Rossmann and a pharmacy are within walking distance in about ten minutes. In a similar distance you will find two S-Bahn stops (Leipzig Nord and Mockauer Straße).
Das 3er WG-Leben war ruhig. Hierzu kommt, dass die WG aktuell in einer Umbruchsphase ist. Das heißt, es werden, wenn ich ausgezogen bin, zwei Zimmer frei sein. Der dritte im Bunde ist nämlich vor einigen Wochen bereits ausgezogen, hat aber ebenfalls noch keine*n Nachmieter*in.
Somit wird sich die WG mit neuen Leuten zusammen finden.
Dein neuer Mitbewohner, Jan, bleibt wohnen. Er studiert Sportwissenschaften und ist ein offener Mensch mit dem man sich gut unterhalten kann.

Life in the 3-person shared flat was quiet. In addition, the WG is currently in a phase of upheaval. This means that when I move out, two rooms will be free. The third in the group has already moved out a few weeks ago, but also has no new tenant.
So the WG will get together with new people.
Your new roommate, Jan, will stay. He studies sports science and is an open person with whom you can talk well.
