Erasmus student´s dream: A warm and cosy furnished room with fireplace, wooden flooring in an old and rustic apartment from the end of the 19th century in the heart of the northern part of Leipzig for a warm hearted and cheerful person to feel home. Are you sick of standardised nowadays living environments and up for a multicultural, friendly living experiment in a artist house with lots of private space and crackling fireplaces only 15 min away from the centre of town? Then you are mostly welcome to join me in my spacious apartment, which offers for one or two bright rooms of 18m² with a coal/wood heated fireplaces, a huge, full equipped kitchen dining room, two bathrooms with hot shower and washing machine.
I am Carlo, travelling a lot, speaking German, English, Spanish, Italian and French, interested in learning more about the world, about you and your language too. Happy to welcome you here :)
The house is very close to a wonderful forest and park area with a river for canoeing and bike riding and a tennis court. There are sheep grassing. Per bike you can reach the center along the river in 12 Minutes. There is a tram station next the house and an train station close bye. In 12 Minutes you are in the center. Very good to reach all universities in Leipzig and Halle.
