Ich verreise im August und würde in der Zeit vom 21.07 bis 01.09 gerne mein tolles Zimmer (rund 15m2) im Leipziger Neuschönefeld (Nähe Rabet) untervermieten. Durch die zwei großen Fenster ist es hell und lichtdurchflutet. Das Zimmer liegt in der Maisonette-Wohnung im 2. Stock und zum Hinterhof raus, ist also ziemlich ruhig mit Blick ins Grüne. Dabei wären 5 sehr liebe Menschen, mit denen du dir Wohnküche, Bäder und Balkon teilen kannst. Die Lage ist super mit rund 3-4 Minuten Fußweg zur Tram-Haltestelle Einertstraße, 2 Parks in unmittelbarer Nähe, vielen Supermärkten, Bars, Cafés, etc.
Die Miete würde bei 325 Euro liegen, da könnte man aber auch nochmal drüber reden:)

I am going to travel in August and would like to rent out my 15m2-room in a 200m2-shared flat between 21st of July and 1st of September (dates are flexible). The flat is located in the Leipziger eastern district Neuschönefeld near the lively park Rabet and the vibrant Eisenbahnstraße. The room itself is very bright and quiet (cool for working or studying), facing the green backyard. Around every corner you will have access to supermarkets, bars, cafés, etc. Apart from that you would share kitchen/living room, bathrooms and balcony with 5 wonderful people, always down for a chat, going to a lake or cooking together.
The rent is 325 Euro, but if it doesn't work out financially we can also discuss that:)
