Über das WG-Zimmer
Hallo allerseits, mein Name ist Tom, ich bin Schriftsteller und suche eine*n neue*n Mitbewohner*in. Da sich mein jetziger lieber Mitbewohner für seine eigene Wohnung entschieden hat, ist in meiner 2er-WG wieder ein Zimmer frei geworden. Das Zimmer kann ab dem 1.12. bezogen werden. Es ist schön groß, hat 20 qm, zwei Fenster und befindet sich in einer 4-Raum-Wohnung in ruhiger Lage. Das Zimmer ist nicht möbliert. Zur Wohnung gehört eine komplette Küche mit Geschirrspüler, Kühlschrank, Herd und Ofen. Direkt an die Küche schließt ein sonniger Süd-Balkon an. Das Badezimmer verfügt über ein Fenster, hat eine Waschmaschine und eine Badewanne. Die Wohnung liegt im 4. Stock und ist dadurch schön sonnig. About the shared room
Hello everyone, my name is Tom, I'm a writer and I'm looking for a new roommate. Since my current, dear roommate has decided to have his own apartment, a room has become available again in my shared flat. The room is available from December 1st. It is nice and big, has 20 square meters, two windows and is located in a 4-room apartment in a quiet location. The room is not furnished. The apartment has a complete kitchen with a dishwasher, refrigerator, stove and oven. A sunny, south-facing balcony connects directly to the kitchen. The bathroom has a window, washing machine and bathtub. The apartment is on the 4th floor and is therefore super sunny. Die Gegend
Die WG liegt ganz in der Nähe von der Eisenbahnstraße (östliches Leipzig, in der Nähe des Hbf), welche sich durch ein vielseitiges und lebendiges Kiezleben kennzeichnet. Hier gibt es viele kleine Läden und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, gute Tram und Busanbindung (Station: Einertstraße). Diverse Spätis und Imbisse sorgen außerdem dafür, dass man rund um die Uhr versorgt wird. Ganz in der Nähe (1-2 Minuten) befinden sich auch eine alternative Buchhandlung, Apotheke und mehrere Supermärkte. In die Innenstadt kommst du mit der Tram in fünf-zehn Minuten.
The area
The shared apartment is very close to Eisenbahnstraße (east of Leipzig, near the main train station), which is characterized by a diverse and lively neighborhood life. There are many small shops and shopping opportunities here, good tram and bus connections (station: Einertstraße). Various late-night shops and snack bars also ensure that you are looked after around the clock. There is also an alternative bookstore, pharmacy and several supermarkets very close by (1-2 minutes). You can get to the city center in five-ten minutes by tram.
WG-Leben
Ich selbst mit Schriftsteller und immer viel auf Achse. Trotzdem wäre es schön, nicht nur eine Zweck-WG zu haben, denn oberstes Ziel sollte es ja immer sein, sich in den eigenen vier Wänden wohl zu fühlen und da gehört ein gewisses Verständnis und Miteinander unter Mitbewohnern dazu. Ich bin auch für alle möglichen Ausflüge (vor allem kultureller Art) zu haben.
Life in the shared apartment
I'm a writer myself and am always on the go. Nevertheless, it would be nice to not just have a shared flat share, because the ultimate goal should always be to feel comfortable in your own four walls and that requires a certain level of understanding and cooperation between roommates. I am also available for all sorts of excursions (especially cultural ones).
