Hello everybody,
Sadly I have to leave my lovely room at very nice and friendly apartment where you can be comfortable make music and don't be bothered by neighboors! Yes, exactly. So we are looking for a person who can take over the room and contract for apartment as I am main tenant together with other roommate, Gabriel, which is having his own rock band. Richard is a electronic music lover, Oscar skilled music producer. As soon as you can also share with us love for music you will find yourself comfortable in this apartment. We all respect our daily schedules and from time to time together we're talking sometimes during cooking, sometimes during breakfast, sometimes at evening beer. As I am speaking by myself, I would never leave this place but life is life, so I am so happy that you can be the next person to find yourself living here instead of me :)
Location is another amazing aspect of our place:
3 minutes to Konsum
5 minutes to Rewe and apotheke
plenty Spätis around
tram stop right next to the doors, in 7 minutes you are on Eisenbahnstrasse or in 20 minutes on Hauptbahnhof, and its going every 10 minutes during week, super comfortable
Less than 5 minutes Mariannenpark or Swimmingpool, perfect for sport lovers also
In the hause we speak german and english, we are internationaly open for everybody!
