ich vermiete mein WG-Zimmer für 1,5 Monate, da ich ein Praktikum außerhalb von Leipzig mache. Ich suche daher eine Person, die in diesem Zeitraum zur Zwischenmiete in meiner WG einzieht. Mein Zimmer ist 15 m2 groß und kommt möbliert: Bett, Schreibtisch, Schrank, Kommode (deshalb auch Kaution).
Ich suche eine Person, die vorsichtig und rücksichtsvoll mit den Sachen der Wg und der Wohnung sowie mit meinen umgeht!

I'm renting out my shared room for 1.5 months because I'm doing an internship outside of Leipzig. I am therefore looking for someone to move into my room as an interim rent during this period. My room is 15 m2 and comes furnished: bed, desk, closet, chest of drawers (hence the deposit).
I'm looking for a person who will be careful and considerate with the things in the shared apartment and with mine!
Unsere WG liegt in Leipzig Nord-Ost, direkt bei der Eisenbahnstraße. Sowohl Bus- als auch Tramhaltestelle sind in 3 bis 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Der Weg zur Innenstadt/ Uni/ Hauptbahnhof ist relativ kurz (ca. 10 min.).
Gerade auf der Eisenbahnstraße und den Straßen drumherum gibt es super viele gemütliche Cafés, Bars, Kreativläden, Kollektivräume (hier oft mit Musik am Wochenende), und und und ... :) also wenn du etwas unternehmen magst, dann findest du hier auf jeden Fall genug Optionen!
Eine große Empfehlung von mir: etwa 10 min entfernt gibt es einen großen Park, der dann in einen anderen Park führt und der wieder in einen anderen (und irgendwann kommt ein See)... da kann man* stundenlang spazieren und hat das Gefühl dem Stadtleben mal zu entkommen!
verschiedene Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es auch ab 5 min Entfernung und ganz viele Gemüseläden!

Our shared apartment is located in Leipzig North-East near Eisenbahnstrasse. Both the bus and tram stops can be reached in 3 to 5 minutes. The way to the city center/university/main train station is relatively short (approx. 10 minutes).
Especially on Eisenbahnstrasse and the streets around it there are lots of cozy cafés, bars, creative shops, collective spaces (often with music on weekends), and so on... :) so if you want to do something you have plenty options!
A big recommendation from me: there is a large park about 10 minutes away which then leads into another park and then into another (and at some point there is a lake)... you can walk there for hours and have the feeling of getting out of city life very quickly!
There are also various shopping opportunities 5 minutes away and lots of vegetable shops!
Unsere WG besteht aus 3 Personen, neben mir wohnen noch Judith (sie/ihr) und Franka (sie/ ihr) in der WG. Neben gemeinsamen Kochabenden, Gesprächen zwischen Tür und Angel und Flohmarktbesuchen, legen wir sehr viel Wert auf einen respektvollen und wertschätzenden Umgang miteinander! Eine offene und sensible Kommunikation ist uns sehr wichtig, damit sich alle in der WG pudelwohl fühlen. Wir interessieren uns vor allem für gesellschaftskritische und politische Themen und diskutieren auch gern darüber (wenn zwischen dem Alltag Zeit dafür ist:)). Franka und Judith werden in diesem Zeitraum ebenfalls beide im Praktikum sein, weshalb du auch deine Ruhe haben wirst!

In addition to cooking evenings together, door-to-door conversations and flea market visits, we attach great importance to treating each other with respect and appreciation! Open and sensitive communication is very important to us so that everyone feels comfortable in the shared apartment. We are particularly interested in socially critical and political topics and also like to discuss them (if there is time for it between everyday life :)). Franka and Judith will also both be on internship during this period, which is why you will have some time for yourself!
