The room is 16m2 and costs approx. 370€ per month. Through the window it is nicely bright. Parquet, underfloor heating and beautiful stucco on the ceiling make it easy to arrange in it comfortably.
We live here for a third in a 4 bedroom apartment in the high-pattern with balcony, storage room and basement compartment. Patio and bicycle cellar are shared with the house community. We have a small room that we use for laundry drying or as a guest room.

Das Zimmer ist 16m2 groß und kostet ca. 370€ im Monat. Durch das Fenster ist es schön hell. Parkett, Fußbodenheizung und schöner Stuck an der Decke machen es leicht, sich darin gemütlich einzurichten.
Wir wohnen hier zu Dritt in einer 4 Zimmer-Wohnung im Hochpaterre mit Balkon, Abstellkammer und Kellerabteil. Innenhof und Fahrradkeller werden mit der Hausgemeinschaft geteilt. Wir haben ein kleines Zimmer, das wir zum Wäschetrocknen oder als Gästezimmer nutzen.
The apartment is a stone's throw from the ice cream. In the middle of the gravel and still nice quiet. The next ice cream parlour is 20 sec. So a top location :D To the train station you need about 15 minutes by tram (door to the door), walk about 30 minutes. Two small parks are also very close. There are various shops (also a organic shop) in the area, which can be reached on foot in a few minutes.
Die Wohnung liegt einen Katzensprung von der Eisi entfernt. Mitten im Kiez und trotzdem schön ruhig. Die nächste Eisdiele ist 20 Sek. entfernt. Also eine top Lage :D Zum Bahnhof braucht man ca 15 min. mit der Straßenbahn (Tür zur Tür), zu Fuß ca 30 min. Zwei kleine Parks sind auch ganz in der Nähe. Es gibt verschiedene Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (auch ein Bio-Laden) in der Umgebung, die zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen sind.

we are a warm, relaxed 3rd-WG in which just a room is released. Two of us are already there: one person works full-time (sometimes in the home office), the other is in the middle of the master's thesis and jobs by the way. Under the week it is therefore rather quiet with us.
Still, we don't live past each other: We like to cook in the evening and often together (usually vegetarian/vegan), spend time with each other and exchange ourselves from or take part in something together. We have a small, cozy and green balcony where we garden. We like the family vibe and look forward to bringing you in without compulsion, but with heart.
If your social battery is empty, it's absolutely fine to pull you back. Do it, time for you – all right.
As far as order and cleanliness are concerned, we are now striving for a certain basic order – and astonishingly, this also works very well more and more often;) It is not about perfection, it is about a common sense of well-being home.

wir sind eine herzliche, entspannte 3er-WG, in der gerade ein Zimmer frei wird. Zwei von uns sind schon da: eine Person arbeitet Vollzeit (teilweise im Homeoffice), die andere steckt mitten in der Masterarbeit und jobbt nebenbei. Unter der Woche ist es deshalb eher ruhig bei uns.
Trotzdem leben wir nicht aneinander vorbei: Wir kochen abends gerne und oft zusammen (meist vegetarisch/vegan), verbringen Zeit miteinander und tauschen uns aus oder unternehmen ab und zu gemeinsam etwas. Wir haben einen kleinen, gemütlichen und grünen Balkon, auf dem wir gärtnern. Wir mögen sehr den familiären Vibe und freuen uns, wenn du Lust hast, dich einzubringen – ohne Zwang, aber mit Herz.
Wenn deine soziale Batterie mal leer ist, ist es absolut in Ordnung, dich zurückzuziehen. Tür zu, Zeit für dich – alles gut.
Was Ordnung und Sauberkeit angeht: Wir streben mittlerweile eine gewisse Grundordnung an – und erstaunlicherweise klappt das auch immer öfter ganz gut ;) Es geht uns nicht um Perfektion, sondern um ein gemeinsames Wohlfühl-Zuhause.
