Ich vermiete mein Zimmer unter vom 15.07. bis zum 15.09.2024, da ich für diese Zeit ein Praktika im Ausland mache.

Mein Zimmer ist 14,75 m² groß. Das Fenster liegt zum Innenhof, also ist es nicht zu laut Nachts. Ihr könnte die Möbel alle nutzen und ich könnte auch etwas Platz für Klamotten etc. schaffen.

Bei Interesse und Fragen meldet euch gerne! Die genauen Details kann man dann ja besprechen :)

Die Wohnung liegt in Neustadt-Neuschönefeld und grenz direkt an Reudnitz :) also hier ist immer was los und man kann kmmer etwas unternehmen, doch zu laut ist es auch nicht.

Zur nächsten Haltestelle braucht man 3 min. Der nächste Kaufland ist direkt um die Ecke :)

Zum Hauptbahnhof braucht man 15 min, mit dem Fahrrad und auch mit der Bahn.

Meine zwei Mitbewohner (Lisa und Toni) wohnen noch hier und studieren auch hier in Leipzig. Ab und zu kochen alle zusammen, quatschen wir mal oder ein Dartspiel gegen Toni steht auch ab und zu an :)
