The room is very quiet and partly furnished (desk, matrace etc...) and is placed in a cool scene-district.
It´s bright and has nice floorboards. The house is full with open minded people, mostly students and only flatshares.
You can easily participate in their activities, music, lake, party, exhibitions etc. But when you want it quiet, you can have it very silent in your room.
It´s surrounded by many bars but the room itself is super-quiet.
Your roommate is a wonderful young guy with whom you can have interesting conversations in English.
