für zwei Monate vermiete ich mein gemütliches Zimmer im schönen Leipziger Osten. Das Zimmer ist ausgestattet mit Bett (140x200), Schreibtisch und Stuhl, Kommode sowie Kleiderstange. Es ist komplett abdunkelbar. Die Straße ist ruhig.
Zur Wohnung gehört neben Küche und Bad, ein großes Wohnzimmer mit Esstisch sowie Balkon. Die Wohnung bietet Platz um zu zweit einzuziehen. Meldet euch gern für einen Besichtigungstermin. Zeitlich passt Mo-Fr ab 18Uhr sowie am Wochenende nach Absprache.

In 2min seid ihr an der Linie 70 und in 4min an Linie 4, 7, 72 und 73. Mit den Öffis seid ihr in weniger als 10min am Hauptbahnhof und in der Innenstadt. Das gleiche gilt fürs Rad ;)
In unmittelbarer Umgebung findet ihr Kaufland, Rewe, Aldi, Netto sowie Bäcker, Döner, Kino, Apotheke.
Isabell wird eure unkomplizierte Mitbewohnerin sein. Sie arbeitet von Zuhause aus und geht abends gern zum Sport. Bei einer Besichtigung könnt ihr euch persönlich kennenlernen.
