Das Zimmer ist gut geschnitten und hat 2 schöne große Fenster. Es geht zur Südseite raus, also hast du viel Tageslicht. Das Hochbett und ein großer Schrank mit Spiegel wären schon da, evtl. auch ein Schreibtisch und ein Sessel. D.h.du müsstest nicht viel/ keine Möbel mitbringen. Der Teppich ist etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, aber dafür hat man immer warme Füße.

The room is well laid out and has 2 nice large windows. It faces south, so you have plenty of daylight. The bunk bed and a large wardrobe with mirror would already be there, possibly also a desk and an armchair. This means you wouldn't have to bring much/any furniture with you. The carpet takes a bit of getting used to, but you'll always have warm feet.
Der Leipziger Osten ist cool und du bist hier in einer top Lage. Um die Ecke fahren mehrere Busse und Bahnen, in 10 Minuten bist du am Hauptbahnhof, in 3 Minuten im Kaufland und andere Supermärkte sind auch nicht weit. Es gibt schöne Cafes in der Nähe und ein paar coole Bars. Es ist trotzdem super ruhig, weil wir in einer Seitenstraße wohnen.

East Leipzig is cool and you're in a great location here. There are several buses and trains around the corner, you can be at the main train station in 10 minutes, at Kaufland in 3 minutes and other supermarkets are not far away either. There are nice cafes nearby and a few cool bars. It's still super quiet because we live in a side street.
Wir sind Fabian (26) und Therri (27) und wohnen seit Juni zusammen in der WG, sind aber schon länger befreundet. Seit Kurzem arbeiten wir beide, aber beide nicht Vollzeit und teilen sonst ein paar Hobbies und Interessen, v.a. für Filme, Bücher, Philosophie oder leckeren Kaffee.
Fabians Zimmer ist sehr groß und hat einen Esstisch und Sofa, deshalb ist es das inoffizielle Wohnzimmer.

We are Fabian (26) and Therri (27) and have been living together in the flat since June, but have been friends for longer. We both recently started working, but not full-time, and otherwise share a few hobbies and interests, mainly movies, books, philosophy and delicious coffee.
Fabian's room is very large and has a dining table and sofa, so it's the unofficial living room.
Wir sind relativ flexibel, was Ein- und Auszug betrifft. Solltest du das Zimmer ein paar Tage früher oder ein paar Wochen länger bzw. nicht ganz so lange brauchen, finden wir da bestimmt eine Lösung.

We are relatively flexible when it comes to moving in and out. If you need the room a few days earlier or a few weeks longer or not quite as long, we will certainly find a solution.
