Die Wohnung hat 4 Zimmer, eine Küche und ein Badezimmer (mit Waschmaschine). Das Zimmer ist schön groß (26 m2). Die Wohnung ist in der 4. Etage, es gibt allerdings einen Fahrstuhl. Der Boden ist Laminat und somit super leicht zu reinigen.
Die Wohnung hat eine super Lage. 2 Minuten bis zur Tram die zum Hauptbahnhof fährt ( 1, 3 und 8). Falls du dich entschieden solltest zu laufen sind es nur 10 Minuten bis zum Hauptbahnhof und 15 Minuten bis zum Augustusplatz. Gegen über von der Wohnung gibt es einen relativ großen Konsum also ist der Weg da auch nicht weit.

Wir sind eine Internationale WG. Es Wohnen hie 2 Deutsche, ein Spanier und ein Mexikaner. Wir unterhalten uns größtenteils auf Deutsch aber auch auf englisch und manchmal spanisch.
Unser neuer Mitbewohner sollte ehrlich und zuverlässig sein. Er sollte einfach entspannt sein und Lust am Leben haben.
