Wir suchen eine*n Mitbewohner*in für unsere schöne WG.
Die Wohnung besteht aus zwei zusammengelegten Wohnungen im dritten Stock. Insgesamt ist sie hübsch und groß, es gibt 2 Bäder (mit Badewanne!), eine Küche, in der am offenen Fenster und manchmal auch so geraucht werden darf. Das Zimmer ist etwas größer als 15qm, hat 2 große Fenster, einen schönen Blick nach draußen und ab nachmittags ist es bei gutem Wetter sonnendurchflutet.

We are looking for a roommate for our beautiful Flat share.
The flat consists of two apartments on the third floor. All in all it is nice and big, there are 2 bathrooms (with 2 bathtubs!), a kitchen. The room is a bit bigger than 15m2 and has 2 big windows, a nice view with lovely golden light in the afternoon.
Die Lage ist top, die Eisenbahnstraße liegt beinahe vor der Haustür. Dort gibt es viel zu sehen und zu tun, Supermärkte, internationale Lebensmittelläden, Cafés, Bars, Kunsträume und Parties sind in unmittelbarer Nähe und es ist trotzdem ganz ruhig. In 10 Minuten ist man in der Innenstadt, die Haltestelle Einertstraße ist 3 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Aus der Wohnung hat man aus fast allen Fenstern Blick auf die stillgelegten Bahngleise, auf denen es sich gut spazieren laesst und wo die Sonne pittoresk untergeht.

The location is great, the Eisenbahnstraße is almost on the doorstep. There is a lot to see and do here, supermarkets, international grocery stores, cafés, bars, art spaces and parties are close by and it is still very quiet. It's 10 minutes to the city centre per bike or tram, the Einertstraße tram stop is about 3 minutes walking distance. From almost every window in the flat, you have a view of the abandoned railway tracks, where you can also take a stroll, and watch the sun set picturesquely.
Deine potentiell-zukünftigen Mitbewohnerinnen heißen Sarah, Leonie, Nike und Clara. Wir vier sind alle gerne unterwegs und trotzdem auch viel zuhause, wo wir gerne Zeit miteinander verbringen. Uns ist ein vertrauensvolles Wohnverhältnis bei gleichzeitiger Unabhängigkeit wichtig (du hast also je nach gegenseitigem Bedarf deine Ruhe oder gute Gesellschaft). Uns ist es wichtig, im Zusammenleben auf gegenseitige Bedürfnisse zu achten. Dazu besprechen wir uns nach Bedarf einigermaßen regelmäßig in der Küche - Außerdem haben wir einen Putzplan.
Wir bewegen uns in unterschiedlichen Kontexten, teils eher im kulturellen, teils im politisch-theoretischen Bereich, studieren oder lohnarbeiten zum Teil. Manche von uns sind gerne draußen in der Natur und machen Sport, andere lieber in Bars oder im Kino.

The four of us tend to be out and about, but still spend a lot of time at home, where we enjoy spending time together. For us, it's important to have a trusting wg relationship and at the same time independence (so you can have your peace and quiet or good company, depending what you want!). It is important for that way take care to respect each other's wishes and boundaries. We meet in the kitchen on a fairly regular basis to talk about things in the WG and just about how we're doing - We also have a cleaning plan.
We move in different circles, partly in the cultural, partly in the political-theoretical area, and we study or work. Some of us like to be out in nature and do sports, others prefer to go to bars or the cinema.
