Das Zimmer ist 25qm groß mit wunderschönem Stuck und Holzdielen. Es bietet mit der großen Sofaeinheit viel Raum zum gemütlichen Entspannen. Bei Bedarf kann auch gearbeitet oder gelernt werden, da das Zimmer auch einen Schreibtisch aufweist. Das Zimmer ist Teil einer 193qm großen WG mit zwei Bädern, großer Wohnküche und Diele und Balkon.
Die Wohnung liegt im Leipziger Osten, bis in die Innenstadt sind es ca. 10min zu Fuß. Mit der Bahn ist die Innenstadt innerhalb von 3min erreichbar. Die Wohnung befindet sich in ruhiger Lage und grenzt an einen Park mit Basketballplatz und grüner Liegefläche an.
Deine Mitbewohner (1 Frau, 1 Mann) sind sehr umgänglich. In der WG hat jeder seinen Raum ohne dass man sich gegenseitig auf die Füße tritt.
