Das 14m² große Zimmer bietet ein 1,60m breites Bett, eine gemütliche Sitzecke mit Sitzsack, einen Schreibtisch sowie Stauraum und eine Kleiderstange. Die hohe Decke und der Stuck um die Lampe verleihen dem Raum den typischen Altbaucharme. Die Fenster zeigen nach Norden zum ruhigen Hinterhof und bieten einen weiten Blick über die entfernten Gleisflächen mit wunderschönen Sonnenuntergängen.
Gemeinschaftsnutzung von großer Wohnküche mit Geschirrspüler sowie Badezimmer mit Badewanne und großem Fenster.
Es würde mich freuen, wenn du dich um die Zimmerpflanzen kümmern könntest. Welche Gegenstände für die Zwischenmiete herausgenommen oder drin gelassen werden, besprechen wir am besten persönlich – da bin ich sehr flexibel.

The room is available for two months in March and April 2024.
The 14m² room offers a 1.60m wide bed, a cozy sitting area with beanbag, a desk as well as storage space and a clothes rail. The high ceiling and the stucco around the lamp give the room the typical old building charm. The windows face north towards the quiet backyard and offer a wide view over the distant railroad tracks with beautiful sunsets.
Shared use of large eat-in kitchen with dishwasher and bathroom with bathtub and large window.
I would be happy if you could take care of the houseplants. It's best to discuss in person which items will be taken out or left in for the interim rent - I'm very flexible in this regard.
Die Wohnung ist nur wenige Straßenbahnminuten vom Hauptbahnhof und Augustusplatz entfernt. In Gehweite befinden sich Straßenbahnlinien 1, 3, 8 sowie Buslinien 70, 72 und 73. The apartment is just a few minutes by Tram from the main train station and Augustusplatz. Tram lines 1, 3, 8 and bus lines 70, 72 and 73 are within walking distance. The up-and-coming Neustadt-Neuschönefeld district offers everything from Arabic grocery stores to a variety of bars such as Nebenan, Peter K, Garage Ost and Goldhorn. Project houses and Küfas are also within walking distance with weekly events. Enjoy spring in the parks Rabet, Elsapark and the nearby Mariannenpark for relaxation, sports and barbecues.
WG-Leben im März und April:
Drei von uns vier Mitbewohner*innen werden für ein bis zwei Monate verreisen, wodurch in dieser Zeit mehrere Zimmer unserer WG für Zwischenmieten zur Verfügung stehen.
Unser Mitbewohner Toni wird in dieser Zeit seinen gewohnten Alltag im Home-Office verbringen. Aitor kehrt im April als Linguistik-Student und Koch zurück, um wieder in den WG-Alltag einzusteigen. Zudem wird eine Zwischenmieterin für zwei Monate hier sein, die ihr Praktikum am UFZ (Zentrum für Umweltforschung) absolviert und dabei Leipzig näher kennenlernen möchte.

Shared flat life in March and April:
Three of us four flatmates will be traveling for one to two months, which means that several rooms in our shared flat will be available for interim rent during this time.
Our roommate Toni will spend his usual everyday life in the home office during this time. Aitor will be returning in April as a linguistics student and cook to get back into the daily routine in the shared flat. There will also be an interim tenant here for two months, who is completing her internship at the UFZ (Center for Environmental Research) and wants to get to know Leipzig better.
