Da ich wieder mit meiner Familie zusammen ziehe suche ich dringend eine/-n neue/-n nachmieter/-in.
Das Zimmer ist 18,22m2 groß und hat 2 große Fenster. Alle Möbel werde ich mitnehmen. Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral, direkt neben der Deutschen Post und die Straßenbahnstation ist 2 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Man ist in 5 min ( mit der Straßenbahn in der Innenstadt) und ca 10-15 min mit dem Fahrrad. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ebenfalls nur wenige Minuten entfernt. Hier um die Ecke gibt es einen Kaufland inkl Rossmann & unzählige Apotheken.

Du wirst mit Leonore ( 18 Jahre alt ) und Willian ( 21 Jahre alt ) zusammen wohnen.
Beide gehen arbeiten. Das WG leben ist hier sehr entspannt & wenn es ein Problem geben sollte dann kann Man das auch ansprechen. Wir sind gerne zusammen essen gewesen, also wenn du essen liebst dann wäre das vllt was für dich ;D

Die Wohnung hat ein kleines Bad, es ist klein aber fein :)
Die Küche hat einen Kühlschrank und Herd + Ofen.
Ein Staubsauger ist ebenfalls vorhanden.
