Die Wohnung ist zentrumsnah gelegen und nur eine Minute von der Straßenbahnhaltestelle entfernt. Du kannst also alle paar Minuten eine Bahn in die Stadt nehmen. In Leipzig kommst Du überall schnell mit dem Fahrrad hin und durch unsere zentrumsnahe Lage genießt du hohe Mobilität. Daher brauchst du maximal 10 Minuten ins Stadtzentrum und zur Uni.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind Aldi, Penny, Netto und Konsum, alle 5min Fußweg entfernt. Kaufland ist 10min entfernt.

Neustadt-Neuschönefeld ist ein junges, lebendiges Viertel. Auf der Eisenbahnstraße ist immer etwas los und Du kannst dir an jeder Ecke eine andere kulinarische Leckerei holen. Und wenn nicht, verwöhnt Dich Alejandro mit seinen Backkünsten.

The apartment is close to the center and only a minute away from the streetcar stop. So you can take a train into the city every few minutes. In Leipzig you get everywhere quickly by bike and through our close proximity to the city center you enjoy high mobility. Therefore, you need a maximum of 10 minutes to the city center and to the university.
Shopping opportunities are Aldi, Penny, Net and Consumption, all 5min walk away. Kaufland is 10min away.
Neustadt-Neuschönefeld is a young, lively quarter. There is always something going on on the Eisenbahnstraße and you can find a different culinary delicacy in every corner. And if not, Alejandro will pamper you with his baking skills.

Deine neuen Mitbewohner sind Filip und Alejandro.



Filip ist 30 Jahre alt und arbeitet als Dolmetscher in Leipzig. Er hat Politikwissenschaften und Russisch studiert und ist schon seit einigen Jahren als Dolmetscher tätig. Auch in seiner Freizeit widmet er sich den Sprachen, ebenso wie dem Sport. Filip ist gerne draußen aktiv und wenn gerade keine Pandemie die Welt bestimmt reist er gerne. Kleiner Geheimtip: Wenn du richtig bei ihm punkten willst, dann frag ihn was er von Pitt Bulls hält, die liebt er nämlich.;)



Ich (Alejandro) bin 34 Jahre alt und arbeite als Architekt in Leipzig. Ich habe mein Master 2021 in Stuttgart absolviert und bin wegen einer neuen Arbeitsstelle nach Leipzig gezogen. Ich backe und koche gerne und beschäftige mich mit regulärem Training. Ab und zu höre ich ein bisschen Musik während ich koche.



Da wir beide arbeitstätig sind wünschen wir uns ein entspanntes Zusammenwohnen. Ruhe, Rücksichtnahme sowie Grundordnung und Sauberkeit in Küche und Bad ist für uns selbstverständlich. So fühlt sich jeder gleich viel wohler in seinem Heim. Ansonsten steht gemeinsamen, zwanglosen Unternehmungen nichts im Weg. Am liebsten hätten wir jemanden, der uns längerfristig in unseren gemütlichen, freundlichen WG mit seinem ganz individuellen Charme bereichert.😊

Your new roommates are Philip and Alejandro.

Filip is 30 years old and works as an interpreter in Leipzig. He has studied political science and Russian and has been working as an interpreter for a number of years. Even in his free time he devotes himself to languages, as well as to sports. Filip likes to be active outside and when there is no pandemic in the world he likes to travel. Little secret tip: If you really want to score points with him, then ask him what he thinks of Pitt Bulls, who he loves .;)

I (Alejandro) am 34 years old and work as an architect in Leipzig. I completed my Master's 2021 in Stuttgart and moved to Leipzig due to a new job. I like to bake and cook and I do regular training. Every now and then I hear a bit of music while I cook.

Since we are both busy working, we wish us a relaxed living together. Calmness, consideration as well as basic order and cleanliness in kitchen and bathroom are a matter of course for us. This is how everyone feels at home in their home. We would love to have someone who enriches our cozy, friendly place with his very individual charm in the long run😊

In der Miete sind alle Kosten enthalten. In der WG hat man den Luxus einer Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine. Unser Bad überzeugt neben dem Tageslicht auch mit einer Badewanne. Ansonsten sind wir auch gut ausgestattet. Das Fahrrad kann man bequem im Hinterhof abstellen und ein Kellerabteil gehört auch noch zur Wohnung. Wir freuen uns auf dich! =)

All costs are included in the rent. In the shared apartment you have the luxury of a dishwasher and washing machine. In addition to daylight, our bathroom also has a bathtub.
