Zunächst möchte ich Ihnen einen fantastischen Aufenthalt in Leipzig wünschen. Es ist eine wunderschöne Stadt mit lustigen, extravaganten, interessanten und netten Menschen. Ich habe die Wohnung in den letzten zwei Jahren mit viel Herzblut eingerichtet. Wenn du gerne kochst, etwas trinkst und in einer schön eingerichteten Wohnung lebst, ist dieses Zimmer perfekt für dich. Das Zimmer ist 16 Quadratmeter groß und quadratisch; es fühlt sich geräumig an. Das Zimmer ist sehr ruhig und sollte eine gute Nachtruhe ermöglichen. Es ist das letzte Haus in der Straße, so dass Sie zwei Fenster haben. Das Zimmer ist voll möbliert. Das Bett ist 200x140, und die Matratze ist fantastisch zum Schlafen und mehr. Es ist auch ideal für ein Home-Office; es gibt einen Schreibtisch mit einem Schreibtisch. Es gibt auch ein Fahrrad, das in der Miete enthalten ist, um Ihnen den Start in Leipzig zu erleichtern. Ich empfehle Ihnen, die voll ausgestattete Bar in der Küche zu nutzen (es wäre toll, die leeren Flaschen ab und zu zu erneuern). Die Küche ist mit einer Induktions- und einer Gasplatte mit einem beliebten Wok und einem Backofen ausgestattet. Wenn man also gerne asiatisch kocht, wird man den Wok lieben.
First, I want you to have a fantastic stay in Leipzig. It´s a beautiful town, with funny, flamboyant, interesting, lovely people. I created the apartment with a significant amount of passion over the last two years. If you like to cook , have a good drink, and live in a heavily decorated flat, this room is perfect for you—some basic facts. The room is 16 square meters and quadratic; it feels spacious. The room is very quiet and should allow for a good night's sleep. It is the last house in the street, so you have two windows. The room is fully furnished. The bed is 200x140, and the mattress is fantastic for sleeping and more. It is also ideal for a home office; there is a work desk with a desktop. There is also a bike included in the rent, to make you start in Leipzig easy. I recommend you use the fully stocked bar in the kitchen (renewing the empty bottles sometimes would be great). The kitchen is equipped with an induction and a gas plate with a beloved wok and an oven. So if you like to cook Asian food, you´ll love the wok.
Die Lage ist fantastisch! Das Zimmer ist ruhig, aber die pulsierende "Eisenbahnstraße" ist nur eine Straße entfernt. Es gibt viele Restaurants und Bars und viele Leute, die nachts neben einigen "Spätis" chillen, wo man auch nach Mitternacht noch ein paar Biere kaufen kann. Das ist der richtige Ort! Nur zwei Minuten zu Fuß entfernt befindet sich das "Japanische Haus", wo Expats abhängen und es Ihnen leicht machen, neue Freunde zu finden, sowie eine Brücke mit perfektem Blick auf den Sonnenuntergang. Der nächste See, "Naturbad Nordost", ist etwa 15 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad entfernt und der nächste Park, "Rabet", ist in 10 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Der Techno-Club Mjut ist 10 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad entfernt, und in den Straßen finden oft Technopartys statt.
The location is fantastic! The room is quiet, but the vibrant "Eisenbahnstraße" is just one street away. There are many restaurants and bars and lots of people chilling at night next to some “spätis,” where you can still buy some beers after midnight. This is the place to be! Just two minutes walk away is the "Japanese House,” where expats hang out and make it easy for you to make new friends and a bridge with a perfect view for the sunset. The nearest lake, "Naturbad Nordost," is about 15 minutes away by bike and the nearest park, "Rabet,” is a 10-minute walk. The techno club Mjut is 10 min away by bike, and there are often Technoparties in the streets.
