Wir bieten zwei voll möblierte Zimmer zur Zwischenmiete, die wir als Paar bewohnen. Es gibt ein kleineres Schlafzimmer und ein großes Wohnzimmer, beide sind durch eine Tür miteinander verbunden. Im Schlafzimmer befindet sich u.a ein großes Bett (180x200cm), im Wohnzimmer ein großer Schreibtisch mit Platz für zwei, ein Sofa, Schallplattenspieler, viele Bücher und Platten, etc.
Es gibt ein viertes Zimmer in der Wohnung, welches wir als Büro, für Wäsche und ab und zu Besuch nutzen. In der großen Wohnküche steht ein Sofa und das Tageslichtbad hat sowohl Dusche als auch Badewanne. In der gesamten Wohnung liegen Dielen oder Parkett, stehen viele Pflanzen und Türen und Fenster sind aus Holz.
Hinter der Backsteinvilla haben wir den Hof in eine Terrasse verwandelt und genießen viel Grünes und auch Essbares. Unsere Abwesenheit fällt in die Tomaten-Ernte;)
Die Zimmer können allein oder als Paar bewohnt werden.

We are leaving Leipzig from the beginning of August until the end of October and are looking to sublet our two rooms of a 125 sqm shared apartment, all fully furnished.
There is a smaller bedroom and a large living room - they are connected but separable (with a door). The bed is queen size (1,80 x 2m) and the living room features a large desk (for two), a couch, turntables, lots of vinyl and books, etc.
The apartment has a fourth room (study and guest room), a large eat-in kitchen with a sofa and a bathroom with both shower and bathtub. The entire apartment has wooden floors and doors and is home to many plants.
behind the villa we cultivate a very nice, green yard with many different greens, both decorative and edible – and it’ll be tomato harvest that time of year:)
The two rooms are ideal for a couple but can be rented by a single person as well.
Top-Lage:
Die Wohnung liegt unmittelbar in der Nähe vom S- und Tram-Bahnhof Plagwitz und ist damit sehr gut angebunden. Der anliegende Bürgerbahnhof bietet Platz zum Spazieren etc., Spinnerei und Karl-Heine-Straße sind nur ein paar Minuten entfernt. Ein guter Bäcker direkt gegenüber, Supermärkte, dm und Baumarkt, etc. 5 min. entfern. Gleichzeitig ist man nicht mitten im Kiez und am Wochenende sind wir dank sehr weniger Nachbarn auf dem ehemaligen Fabrikgelände fast unter uns.

The apartment is located directly near the S-Bahn and tram station Plagwitz and is therefore very well connected. The nearby 'Bürgerbahnhof' offers space for walks etc., cultural landmark Spinnerei and buzzing Karl-Heine-Straße are only a few minutes away. A good bakery directly opposite, supermarkets, dm and hardware store, etc. are only 5 min away. At the same time it's not in the middle of the buzz and on weekends, we have the former factory yard almost to ourselves thanks to very few residential neighbours.
Wir verlassen unsere Wohnung für drei Monate, um in Brüssel zu leben. Unser Mitbewohner Lukas bleibt, gießt die zahlreichen Pflanzen und ist beste Gesellschaft. Lukas ist Kultur-Anthropologe und arbeitet am Max-Planck-Institut in Halle, teils vor Ort, teils von zu Hause aus. Wie wir ist er an diversen kulturellen Themen, an Politik und gesellschaftlicher Entwicklung interessiert, pflegt ein Vielzahl an Pflanzen, zieht Ordnung vor, schaltet in der Küche gern den DLF ein oder legt eine Schallplatte auf.

Über die monatliche Miete können wir verhandeln - je nachdem ob ein oder zwei Personen einziehen etc.
(Für beide Räume zahlen wir ca. 900€ im Monat.)
