Das Zimmer ist 12,5 Quadratmeter groß und steht für ein halbes Jahr zur Zwischenmiete.
Es stehen andere Möbel drin als auf dem Foto, da ich gerade noch ein wenig umräume, aber es sind die wichtigsten Dinge drin, aber auch noch genügend Platz, falls du auch Möbel mitbringen magst.
Das können wir gerne besprechen, ich bin da flexibel falls du viele oder gar keine Möbel mitbringen magst.
Ein Bett, Tisch und Regal sind auf jeden Fall da.
Das Fenster zeigt in Richtung Südwesten auf den Innenhof und nachts ist es sehr ruhig draußen.
Wir teilen uns Küche und Bad, im Flur ist auch eine Menge Platz um Sachen unterzubringen.
Der Balkon ist nur durch mein Zimmer begehbar.

The room is 12.5 square meters and is available for interim rent for six months.
There's different furniture in there than in the photo, because I'm just rearranging it a bit, but the most important things are in there, but there's still enough space if you want to bring furniture with you.
We can discuss that, I'm flexible if you want to bring a lot of furniture or no furniture at all.
A bed, table and shelf are definitely there.
The window faces southwest onto the courtyard and it's very quiet outside at night.
We share kitchen and bathroom, in the hall there is also a lot of space to store things.
The balcony is only accessible through my room.
Die Wohnung liegt in Plagwitz in der Nähe des Karl-Heine Kanals und der Elster.
Die Zschochersche Straße und die Karl-Heine-Straße sind auch nicht weit weg, wenn man mal unterwegs sein will. Die Wohnanlage ist ruhig und es ist sowohl im Innenhof als auch rund herum sehr grün. Zur Innenstadt sind es mit dem Rad 10 Minuten, zur Bibliothek Albertina ca. 7 Minuten.
Ich finde das Viertel, die Nähe zum Clara-Zetkin-Park und zum Zentrum unschlagbar und man ist in Kürze an so vielen schönen Orten.

The apartment is located in Plagwitz near the Karl-Heine Canal and the Elster.
Zschochersche Strasse and Karl-Heine-Strasse are also not far away if you want to be out and about. The residential complex is quiet and it is very green both in the inner courtyard and around it. It takes 10 minutes by bike to get to the city center and about 7 minutes to the Albertina library.
I find the district, the proximity to Clara Zetkin Park and the center unbeatable and you can be in so many beautiful places in a short time.
Mein Name ist Lucas, ich bin 26 Jahre alt und studiere klassischen Gesang an der HMT in Leipzig.
In meiner Freizeit treibe ich viel Sport wie z.B. Tennis, BeachvolleyballIch, Badminton, Squash oder gehe gerne Schwimmen. Natürlich mache ich viel Musik, singe in verschiedenen Ensembles und leite selbst einen Chor in Leipzig.
Ich bin selbst erst im August in die Wohnung gezogen, vorher hat hier eine Freundin von mir für 6 Jahre gewohnt.
Ich habe selbst viel WG Erfahrung, und habe in den letzten 6 Jahren in 4 verschiedenen WG's gewohnt, was immer sehr cool harmoniert hat. Jetzt habe ich Lust auf etwas Kleineres und bin daher jetzt allein gezogen.
Das Zimmer ist erstmal auf 6 Monate befristet, weil dann ggf. eine Freundin zu mir ziehen wird.
Trotzdem möchte ich natürlich, dass wir ein angenehmes Miteinander haben, ab und zu mal was miteinander machen/kochen können und dass man sich wohl und nicht anonym fühlt in der Wohnung.

My name is Lucas, I'm 26 years old and I'm studying classical singing at the HMT in Leipzig.
In my free time I do a lot of sports such as tennis, beach volleyball, badminton, squash or I like to go swimming. Of course I make a lot of music, sing in various ensembles and direct a choir myself in Leipzig.
I myself only moved into the apartment in August, before that a friend of mine lived here for 6 years.
I have a lot of flat share experience myself and have lived in 4 different flat shares in the last 6 years, which has always been very cool. Now I'm in the mood for something smaller and that's why I'm now moving alone.
The room is limited to 6 months, because then a friend might move in with me.
Nevertheless, of course I want us to have a pleasant time together, to be able to do/cook something together from time to time and that you feel comfortable and not anonymous in the apartment.
